We always feel at home here; the dishes are prepared with love and skill, and it's a pleasure to be on the terrace in the summer. A regular event for our whole family, whenever we can!

I often go here at lunchtime and I'm very happy with both the quality and the service. It's a quiet place, with outdoor seating in the summer. Having been there every day, I can only say that it truly feels like home.

Great experience. We were seated outside in the shade of the horse chestnut trees where, at the beginning of June, it is really nice! We tasted quality local products, delicious cured meats, an excellent Russian salad and delicious meatballs. The game meat (deer, kangaroo and donkey) with taragna polenta and porcini mushrooms was exquisite. We also ordered snails à la bourguignonne: delicious. Absolutely recommended, excellent service and bill. We will be back with pleasure!

Bel ristorante con ottima cucina bergamasca. Io e mio marito ci siamo arrivati per caso e ci siamo subito affidati ai consigli della proprietaria. Cibo ottimo, genuino, pasta fatta in casa e dolce superbo. Proprietaria molto gentile e disponibile a soddisfare le ns. richieste. Ci ritorneremo.

24/05/2025: Non penso di aver mai mangiato un hamburger così buono. Unto al punto giusto, porzione di pancetta top, ho gradito moltissimo anche la cipolla, che di solito non mi piace. Patatine anche quelle eccezionali, ho apprezzato il tocco leggermente dolce del ketchup. I prezzi all' inizio mi sembravano leggermente alti, ma appena ho iniziato a mangiare mi sono ricreduto. Vale tutti i soldi spesi e di più. Consigliatissimo, appena mi ricapita l'occasione ci ritorniamo, i miei complimenti.

22/06/2025: Then you have to pay close attention, you are not entering just any pub. If there was a Michelin guide for pubs, the inn would be 3 stars for quality (but not for the price which is very fair), while remaining an absolutely informal and family-run place. Given that the line-up of beers is different every weekend, the beers are always chosen among the best Italian and European craft beers. The owner is an expert known by practically all the best brewers from Tuscany to Holland, and he personally travels half of Europe to discover the best gems around. Pearls often unobtainable in any other place in Lombardy but I believe even beyond. The kitchen offers dishes such as pork coppa, bombette orobiche, ribs, pizzacce and hamburgers, all with excellent raw materials, often found in person in the small mountain pastures of Bergamo. The desserts are also good, often produced by a local pastry shop, sometimes with beer must. A truly welcoming and exceptional place, especially for those who know what a real beer is. Very nice owner.
22/06/2025: A true, sincere beer house. No frills, just substance and lots and lots of atmosphere. Original and carefully prepared proposals from the kitchen: bombette bergamasche (super!), delicious burgers, always special off-menu proposals. Selected and unconventional beers, highly recommended. The host is delightfully kind and competent. To try and try again!
