All the dishes are prepared with care and delicious! My husband loves the Pacio tripe. He ate it yesterday and again today. The kindness and hospitality deserve top marks, like everything else. The dishes prepared. I forgot. The desserts are homemade and are excellent.

It's a shame we went to Pacio after the Christmas and New Year's Eve binges, because if I'd been in good shape and hungry, I would have ordered every single item on the menu. We "settled" for the fantastic polenta with game. But there was a menu of first courses that would blow your mind, all homemade and inviting. The homemade bread was the icing on the cake. The atmosphere was truly welcoming and beautiful.

What can I say... great people and good food. Among all, the venison carpaccio (a sort of venison salad) is AMAZING. Fantastic people, I felt right at home. Rock on Pacio!
