Ristorante DA OVIDIO In

A historic restaurant located in the center of Grado, with both indoor and outdoor seating. I dined there on a Saturday in July and had a great time: the atmosphere was welcoming, the staff friendly, and the service was prompt, despite the restaurant being packed. The fish appetizers, both hot and cold, were excellent.

I came here on a Sunday evening at the end of the season and was extremely satisfied! Excellent food at decent prices, friendly staff, and a welcoming atmosphere. The fried calamari was one of the best I've ever eaten: light and crispy! A good place if you're not sure where to eat in Grado.

Very nice stuff, good food and local wine, we really enjoyed!

We've been to many other restaurants, but we've never had such a good meal as here! The service is also second to none! Simply perfect. We'll definitely be back! Thank you for the wonderful evening!

What can I say...kindness and courtesy guaranteed

We happened upon it on a Sunday evening by chance, without a reservation, and sat outside. I chose the boreto with polenta, a typical Grado dish I'd been dreaming of trying for a long time. The portion was generous and excellent: it was worth the effort! 😋😋😋

All good, except the fan wasn't turned on for me, but at the request of the gentleman next to my table it was...

We had a seafood dinner, everything was excellent, and the staff was very friendly. Recommended!!

Siamo tornati in questo ambiente dopo un anno perché ci eravamo trovati bene.... Invece siamo rimasti parecchio delusi per un conto decisamente troppo salato rispetto a quello che abbiamo mangiato, pur buono ma sicuramente non tanto da giustificare un costo del genere. Per inciso, poca scelta nel menù di carne, nonostante ci fosse stato assicurato il contrario. Nonostante fossimo una compagnia numerosa, non ci è stato offerto neanche un caffè. Peccato. Sicuramente non ritorneremo.

Primo maggio, festa del lavoro, ma da Ovidio a Grado la festa si vive anche offrendo ai clienti il meglio: eravamo in due, su prenotazione; abbiamo preso come antipasto le capesante agli asparagi. Ne sono arrivate quattro, adagiate su una deliziosa salsina di asparagi, impossibile non fare la scarpetta! Un consiglio potrebbe essere quello di sostituire l’infelice impiattamento su un piatto nero. Di primo: tagliolini con gli scampi alla busara: freschi e delicati sia gli scampi che il sugo, giusta la cottura della pasta. Discreti i vini scelti: ribolla gialla frizzante e merlot della casa. Servizio gentile e competente. Avrei gradito della frutta fresca: dell’ananas o delle fragole al limone, ma non c’erano. Prezzo nella norma. Merita una deviazione!
