21/05/2025: I went to this piadineria for the first time today, I had heard of it but nothing more. I must admit that the price initially made me hesitate - it is certainly higher than the classic street food piadina - but the quality of the piadina was worth every euro. The dough is light - the weight is given only by the ingredients you decide to put in - cooked to perfection, with a balance between crunchiness and softness that is rarely found. The strong point, however, are the ingredients that demonstrate a selection based on their quality and the refined combinations, they never seem forced. The staff is courteous and quick in carrying out their work - we waited less than 10 minutes - and the environment is simple and clean. In short, it is not the "everyday" piadineria, but when you want something really good, authentic and prepared with heart, this place is a guarantee. You pay more, it's true, but you leave really satisfied, with the feeling of having tasted something special and had an experience.

20/05/2025: The piadina is always excellent and perfect. The salad is very meager for what it costs. Better to stick to the classics
