Recommended in all guides, very nice place (if you are not a fan of modern style).
The food is excellent and the price is correct.
If you pass through Bologna, as everyone says, it is mandatory to eat here.
Exquisite staff, especially the lady who welcomed us, taking care to update us while we waited for the table.

A very well known place for locals and travellers, da Nello is famous. You need to reserve a table to get inside, but the magic is just about to happen when you enter. Full of photos of popular stars. For us hungarians - beloves Bud Spencer :) features as well.
The service is elegant and very kind, the interior is kind of timeless design. Classical Italia i would say, serve the purpose of have a good launch or dinner very well. It was quite even it was full, so you can have good conversation as well.
Food tastes very good, a few well selected option, rich wine selection makes it complete.
A palce to try when you visiting Bolongna and looking for an authentic experience. 🍻

Amazing cotoletta alla bolognese. The sauce was perfectly umami and left you wanting more with each taste. Inside the cutlet was a layer of salty thin meat, some sort of ham, which gave each bite a lovely rush to your tastebuds. The creamy sauce was sublime, the cutlet was cooked perfectly, and the meat inside was delicate yet still presented you with that satisfying meaty taste and mouthfeel that you expect. An amazing dish! My partner had the lasagna, and we also had desserts, which she absolutely loved. Will come back again if I'm in Bologna!!!
