The cured meats appetizer was good, with quality ingredients. I expected better from the cutlet Bolognese; the breading didn't seem homemade, and there was too much parmesan cream. The prices were perhaps a bit higher than average for some dishes, but I haven't tried them, so I can't judge them.

Everything is extraordinary; obviously, the quality comes at a price, as you have to wait a bit to get in, but once you get in, the dishes arrive quickly and are delicious!

We had a fantastic dinner at Da Nello. The food was incredible, the tortelloni, the gramigna, the cotoletta and the beef salad were all delightful. The young waiters were also very kind but we got the nastiest server in the beginning, this old man who gave us attitude when asking for suggestions and was extremely rude. Thank God the food made up for the bad service in the beginning.

Great plance with amazing food!
The staff was very nice and they were able to find us a table even though we didn’t have a reservation.
The tortellini and the lasagna were absolutely delicious!

I made a reservation. It was delicious and I enjoyed the traditional Bolognese flavors. The atmosphere was nice and the staff were friendly. It's a popular restaurant so it was a good idea to make a reservation.

Totally recommended!
We tried 5-6 different restaurants in Bologna and this was the best by far.
The staff was very helpful and they spend time helping with our order.
The food was amazing. We were two people and we shared 4 main courses because we wanted to try as much as possible!
Thank you guys!
PS: don't forget to book a table, this place is always full.
PS2: get the green lasagna with ragu and the tortellini ragu as well. Both amazing!

Highly suggest making a reservation as there was a queue when we arrived for our 7PM reservation.
Excellent dinner experience. Warm welcome, outstanding service and delicious food. Loved their lasagna.

I visited this restaurant in the heart of Bologna and was truly thrilled. The atmosphere is welcoming, with attention to detail, and you can immediately sense the great customer service.
The food is excellent, the quality is evident in every dish, and the service is impeccable. Special thanks go to Vincenzo, Simone, and Roberto, whose kindness, helpfulness, and friendliness made my experience even more enjoyable.
