We went on a Saturday night for a weekend in Bologna, recommended by a bartender. We hadn't booked, and even though it was full, he seated us within 40 minutes. Excellent service, typical Bolognese food, and good wine. It's located on a nearby street, and despite the construction going on throughout Bologna, the location was a good fit. Highly recommended.

This restaurant located in Bologna city center offers authentic Italian food. Homemade! The service is excellent, with attentive waiters who are genuine in their opinions on the dishes and sauces. I recommend the tagliatelle bolognese! It's a real treat! It's very good!

Da Nello is, without a doubt, a special place in Bologna. We're always served by Ricky, a charming and extremely professional guy; it's clear he's got it in his DNA. The restaurant is very cozy and offers the best food in the city. I highly recommend trying the tagliata they offer off the menu: simply spectacular. A place we always go to when we visit Bologna!

Excellent time at the Da Nello restaurant! The service was impeccable, the dishes tasty and generous. A big thank you to the chef, a very kind man, who even offered us a small gift at the end of the meal. A rare and very appreciated attention. We will come back with pleasure!

Staff, ambiance, wine: all good.
Food: all dishes were tasty enough but didn’t look very appealing, were produced quickly and were presented as if from a conveyor belt. Where’s the love?!

Hemos estado en este restaurante dos veces. Una vez a mitad de semana (no demasiado ocupado) y luego un sábado con una cola de espera extrema. Definitivamente hacer reservas los fines de semana o noches. El servicio fue consistentemente fantástico. Giuseppe fue nuestro camarero en ambas ocasiones, siempre fue atento, amable y da las mejores recomendaciones. La comida es increíble. No tuvimos nada que nos decepcionara. Los precios son muy razonables, en realidad excelente para la calidad del servicio, la comida y el ambiente. Este es un “no te pierdas” cuando estés en Bolonia.
