This is a really authentic restaurant serving local food. The menu is in Italian and the portions are large. Good selection of wine and many delicious dishes to choose from. It is not possible to book a table. I really enjoyed the experience. Our waiter was very good at translating for us.

I've known this restaurant since the '90s, but for various reasons, it's been a while since I've been back.
It has a slightly retro style (in a good way), but it's very well-kept and very original.
The first thing I really like is that they don't take reservations, they don't take turns; you just show up and ask for a table. I dare say, fantastic!
The service is very fast, professional, friendly, and attentive to the customer, which isn't always the case.
The menu is a mix of typical Piedmontese dishes, some seafood, and other regional dishes.
We ordered:
Piedmontese appetizer consisting of four samples (they call it "poker"), including Russian salad, veal with tuna sauce, green tomini cheese, and peppers with anchovies: very good, and the quantity is even good for two people.
For our first course, we ordered agnolotti del plin, which is also very generous and can easily be shared between two people.
For our second course, we had Valdostana (dry fried food, very good) and Venetian-style liver (plenty and very good).
For dessert, I couldn't resist the stuffed peaches. They cost €8, but they're absolutely worth it; they're exceptional!
We spent €85 for two, but it was absolutely worth it.
Highly recommended. I'll definitely go back; we loved it.

Excellent restaurant, both for its warm welcome and its prompt, precise service. The waiter who served us explained the dishes and helped us choose. We opted for a Tuscan mix (crostoni with chicken livers and sausage) and then Piedmontese dishes such as plin, agnolotti, and veal with tuna sauce and raw meat, both very invitingly presented. We finished with an excellent bunet and nougat semifreddo. The quality/price ratio was excellent. Definitely recommended.
