Divine meat.
Very, very nice place.
Unfortunately, we arrived very late and relied on the waiters to speed up our time, meaning we didn't enjoy the restaurant's full potential. I mean, if we'd had more time, we would have ordered according to our tastes.
Anyway, I'd go back.

A restaurant with spacious dining rooms and outdoor seating. Very welcoming, quaint, and well-maintained. The food is high-quality, with generous portions and reasonable prices. Everything is delicious, highly recommended. I'll definitely be back to try the pizza!

Some friends recommended this place to me, so I already knew we'd eat well... but I didn't expect it to be this good. It was a truly wonderful surprise, with a well-curated and appropriately extensive menu. Quality products, average prices, and friendly staff. I recommend it and will most likely return.

We visited this restaurant on Sunday, October 12th. We had made a reservation over the phone, and our table was supposed to be inside. It was a beautiful day, and we had hoped for an outside table. In fact, as soon as we arrived, they sat us outside without even asking. It was a truly appreciated gesture. There were four of us, and we had various appetizers and first courses. Everything was delicious, with the first course being fantastic. I must say it was a wonderful discovery. We will definitely be back, thanks in part to the friendliness of the waitresses who served us and the excellent value. Congratulations to everyone.

I've been there twice within a few days, and it's been very pleasant, right from the moment you step inside. It's a shame that the first time the pasta (which was beautifully served) was too tasty, but the second time, every course was absolutely flawless. Perfect for lunches out of town when you want to avoid the hubbub of the Castelli Romani (where, incidentally, it's become difficult to eat well).

Tutto ottimo, dagli antipasti ai primi (amatriciana sublime), alla ottima carne. Ho un debole per la zuppa inglese, e qui l'ho trovata eccellente

Recomiendo encarecidamente este restaurante. He comido en Ristorante the Lina dal 1905 muchas veces y siempre tengo una experiencia fantástica. La comida, el servicio y el ambiente son excelentes. ¡La tagliata dello chef es excepcional! Siempre que visito Sabina me aseguro de visitar.
