I was there last Saturday and I ate a spectacular slice of steak, very nice atmosphere and qualified staff

This restaurant is famous for its grilled meats, but not only that. The pizza is also very good. I went there for the first time with friends who recommended the "guancia mia," which was delicious—very thin and crispy all the way through. I was very satisfied.

One of the best meats I've ever eaten. I ordered a truly excellent Danish Swami Florentine steak (1 kg, €75). The restaurant is beautiful, with outdoor seating in a refined and elegant setting. All the waiters were very friendly. There was only a small problem with the wait, but it was made up for by the quality of the meat, and they kindly offered us a portion of excellent mushrooms as an apology. The baked potatoes and the sliced ​​steak with arugula and cherry tomatoes were also good. Great value for money. I absolutely recommend this restaurant.

Finally. I'd been driving past it for years and planning to stop in 998 times, but once I finally decided to, the place was full and I had to postpone the experience even longer. But I didn't give up, and for the 1000th time, this time with a reservation, I finally managed to fulfill this experience I'd longed for and always postponed. I must say that everything exceeded my wildest expectations: The very well-kept restaurant offers ample parking and an outdoor space with a beautiful garden. I can imagine the pleasant evenings spent here when the weather permits, and when it's a little less favorable, there's no problem as they have a large covered veranda. The welcome was kind; we were accompanied to our table with a smile and immediately seated, with water and bread served immediately. It's immediately clear that the restaurant's main attraction is the meat, as they offer a wide selection, well-aged and displayed in full view right in front of the fireplace for cooking. The first courses also play their part, and among them the picchiarelli, typical of the area, are particularly inviting. The appetizer was excellent and varied, and the local sparkling wine was pleasant. There were only two of us, too few to fully appreciate the various offerings. We can only wait for the 1001st time to return, knowing what awaits us and therefore prepared to savor everything we saw and that piqued our curiosity. Thank you Danilo

Beautiful location in the hills. Rustic but pleasant atmosphere. Food as expected and very tasty. Service a little slow but friendly. Good quality wines. Grill specialties. Reasonable prices.

Wonderful place, dishes that combine tradition with a touch of innovation. The staff is sometimes abrasive (but I understand that when there are a lot of people it's difficult to please everyone). I expected the meat prices to be lower given that we're in a non-urban setting.

Beautiful restaurant with plenty of outdoor seating Under large, charming olive trees. It was difficult to find a seat, but we hadn't booked. Reservations aren't necessary, though: even a 10-minute wait doesn't make much of a difference!

Conosco da tempo il ristorante "da Lina a Stimigliano", è una garanzia! Tutto ottimo e servizio eccellente. Non c'è un solo piatto che non consiglierei di provare. Cibo squisito e di alta qualità.

Anni che ci passavo davanti e 998 volte che mi proponevo di fermarmi, ma una volta che mi decidevo di farlo ho trovato il locale pieno ed ho dovuto rimandare ulteriormente quest’esperienza. Ma non demordo ed alla 1000 volta, stavolta dietro prenotazione, finalmente sono riuscito a soddisfare quest’esperienza per tante volte desiderata e sempre rimandata. Devo dire che il tutto è andato oltre la mia migliore aspettativa: Il locale molto curato all’interno offre ampio parcheggio e spazio esterno attrezzato con un bel giardino. Posso immaginare le piacevoli serate da passarci quando il clima lo permette e quando questo è un pochino meno favorevole, non ci sono problemi in quanto sono attrezzati con ampia veranda coperta. L’accoglienza è stata gentile, con il sorriso siamo stati accompagnati al tavolo e subito fatti accomodare con acqua e pane immediatamente serviti. Si capisce subito che il pezzo forte servito nel locale è la carne in quanto ne dispone di un’ampia scelta ben frollata e posta in bella vista proprio davanti al camino per la cottura. Anche i primi piatti fanno la loro parte e tra tutti molto invitanti sono i picchiarelli, tipici della zona. Ottimo e vario l’antipasto, gradevole il frizzantino locale. Eravamo in due, pochi per apprezzare in pieno le varie proposte. Non ci rimane altro che attendere la 1001 volta di tornarci, consapevoli di cosa ci aspetta e per questo attrezzati ad assaporare tutto quello che abbiamo visto e che ci ha incuriosito di provare.
