Catering that works side by side with La Gaiana Location.. All the guests left our wedding with full bellies and a beautiful smile! High quality raw materials and very rich menus! Stefania is fantastic, she knows her job and does it with passion and dedication, not only does she manage the catering but the entire event is strictly supervised by her expert but not invasive eye. Exceptional catering. For our wedding we relied on Stefania, Jari and their staff and we couldn't have made a better choice. Stefania immediately proved to be a precise, reliable, professional and above all warm-hearted person. On the day of the wedding we were all speechless, both us and the guests at the tastes we tasted. The rich and varied aperitif, attentive to every need/possible intolerance. The menu was based on fish and we guarantee excellent taste and quality. We received super positive feedback on the food from all the guests. The ravioli with sea bass on Tropea onion cream and the stewed baby octopus were successful... We requested bread to be able to make the slipper because of how tasty and good the sauce was. Not to mention the risotto with pistachio cream and red prawn tartare. .. truly unparalleled. Stefania is an exquisite person who pays attention to all the details and our needs. He coordinated everything flawlessly and on tiptoe. A truly unique person. Highly recommended 💓

We relied on Jari's catering for our wedding in Gaiana, from the first meetings both Stefania and all her staff had shown us competence and great professionalism! On the wedding day everything was perfect, a very rich aperitif with excellent quality food, the guests appreciated it very much! The dinner was perfect, food cooked to perfection, timing respected perfectly. We received many excellent reviews from the guests, with particular focus on the ham, walnut and balsamic vinegar risotto and the fillet, both truly very good. But in general it was a complete success from all points of view. To define this catering as wonderful would be an understatement. Excellent food with a variety of tastes, a lot of attention to various intolerances and food choices, offering rich and tasty dishes. Stefania is also a guardian angel during the wedding who accompanies you in every moment of the ceremony.

We relied on "Da Jari" catering for our wedding at Gaiana on 6 July 2024. From the first menu test Stefania proved to be of great help not only for the choice of dishes but also and above all for the general organization of the event giving interesting ideas and ideas on how to make the day even more wonderful. As for food, we were offered a wide variety of alternatives, all delicious. Great availability also to adapt the menu for various allergies/intolerances/special diets.
