Ristorante da Jair In Fiumicino

A good seafood restaurant with generous and, above all, well-cooked dishes. A varied menu featuring classics and a few new dishes. I would recommend making the fried fish a little crispier. The place is welcoming and very clean. The staff are always friendly and helpful, and the prices are fair.

"Da Jair" is funny, but for many new diners, it's just a traditional seafood restaurant. The reality is that there's an exceptional cultural and gastronomic legacy here, first with Jair, to whom painters dedicated paintings and poets recited poems in his name. Today, Ettore carries on all this with respect and attention to reform. I just went to get some creamy scampi risotto to go. While I was eating it, my heart skipped a beat, like watching a movie about your life, a flavor that transcends tradition, history, and gastronomy. Jair is a slice of life for all of us citizens of Fiumicino, and obviously a rewarding experience with a thousand thoughtful touches for those trying it for the first time. Thank you, Ettore, thank you, Jair.

Everything was perfect, from the service to the food. It was a fantastic discovery, recommended without a doubt.

I had stopped eating fish outside the house, because every time I felt sick, I finally found the pleasure of eating fish at the restaurant, everything is fresh and super good. Very welcoming managers.

The X2 appetizer was good. The fried calamari and shrimp were not exceptional. It's a shame that the shrimp were not gutted (not even at the next table that had sautéed shrimp). The fried food was a bit dark and not very appealing. 2 lemon sorbets, 1 mineral water and 1/4 white wine. Euro 79

Given that I have been going to Jair for almost thirty years, I am leaving this review because I recently went there to celebrate my mother's birthday. Even though we were about forty people, plus the tables of other customers, everything was perfect, from the food, of the usual high quality and quantity, to the service, perfect. The menu was the classic. Mixed appetizers, hot and cold, two first courses and grill, plus a taste of fried food. Everything was delicious and plentiful. Super value for money. Congratulations to Ettore for how he carries on the good name of the restaurant.

A local recommended it to us, we went there for lunch. Welcoming place and friendly and helpful staff. We had a mixed appetizer, very abundant, and fried shrimp and calamari, also very good. Excellent food, nothing to say, in my opinion the wines are a bit expensive, high markup. Anyway I recommend it, I will definitely go back.

Sono stata con mio marito questa sera,ci torneremo di sicuro tutto buonissimo pesce eccellente. Ottimo anche il servizio.

locale accogliente, pesce fresco, antipasti assortiti e abbondanti , pietanze saporite, da provare assolutamente tagliolini cacio pepe gamberi e lime oltre naturalmente ai risotti crema di scampi o marinara, senza nulla togliere alle altre offerte del menù, da ritornare assolutamente
