The wine list is one of the strong points: extensive, with local selections and a few surprises that demonstrate passion and knowledge of the area; the same seriousness is evident in the dishes: the first courses are excellent, homemade pasta cooked to perfection and simple sauces that enhance the ingredients without overpowering them, each forkful demonstrating technique and respect for seasonality. The second courses confirm the quality of the cuisine, with expert cooking and carefully selected ingredients, a judgment that extends to the presentation, attentive but not pretentious. Elegant and rustic restaurant at the same time, exquisite food, really kind and helpful waiting and counter staff

Everything was really good, the service impeccable and the staff very knowledgeable. Perhaps the bill was a little high. I hope it was an oversight by the owner, and I didn't ask for an explanation. I'll be more vigilant next time.

We stopped by by chance on a motorcycle trip. A truly pleasant discovery. Unfortunately, we couldn't enjoy the wonderful wine list because we had to return to Rome by motorcycle. We'll be back, though.
