Excellent restaurant, good wine selection. Carefully prepared and tasty dishes. Fair prices. The porcini mushroom-filled gnocchi are excellent. The porcini mushroom soup is excellent. The pici with tomato and basil are excellent. The pappardelle with wild boar is excellent. Everything is delicious. The grilled and sautéed porcini mushrooms are excellent. The restaurant has a huge fireplace that creates a great atmosphere. The owner is friendly and always ready to share a joke.
We'll be back!

A wonderful discovery. The atmosphere is ideal for enjoying healthy cuisine, made with authentic ingredients and expertly prepared. The service is excellent, and the prices are reasonable.

A welcoming and well-organized location, it features several rooms, including two stunning, more private areas, one of which is set up as a cellar with a large wine display.
The food was excellent. We started with appetizers of beef tartare and carpaccio, various types of bruschetta, and a large platter of assorted local aged cheeses. The first courses were outstanding, from the gnocchi stuffed with porcini mushrooms to the homemade pici with olive cream... the staff were helpful, attentive, and well-prepared.

I had the rabbit cooked in a peasant style, but I wasn't crazy about it. The raw olive oil was good with the bruschetta! The plastic flowers on the tables are unsightly! Terrible. Friendly staff!

This restaurant in the Canino area welcomed us as soon as we entered, not only by the kindness of the staff but also by the warmth of the fireplace. After ordering, while we waited for our first course, we were treated to delicious bruschetta with garlic and olive oil, a typical local dish, with olives and orange zest. The first courses were excellent and tasty, the second courses were delicious and flavorful, and the house wine was excellent, with coffee to finish.

Excellent restaurant, delicious dishes, generous portions, and traditional Viterbo ingredients. You always leave satisfied. The wine cellar boasts excellent wines, including some refined and expensive ones, but for all budgets...
If you're in the area, don't forget to stop by, but it's best to make a reservation to avoid disappointment, especially on weekends.
