Fantastic, they let us eat at 4pm without any problem, they served us with such kindness and the dishes are truly tavern-style! Abundant, homemade, simple and very good!
We met by chance because we were in front of the gourmet group, but while the others were standing in very long queues we sat down to eat and drink wine like ladies!
If you see a queue over there because you were attracted by the internet: divert in here, it's better!!!!

The food was great and regular prices for food not like some other restaurants that charge over $25 for a carbonara pasta. The prosciutto toscana was amazing and my carbonara.

Rich osteria on Via Cimatori.
We ordered the Cimatoti pizza and a risotto with shrimp and pistachio.
The thin but consistent dough pizza with spicy but delicious salami.
The risotto was a bit hard and bland, but you could eat it.
To drink we ordered a house rosso wine, but since they didn't have any they gave us the option of a bianco, also from the house. The wine, a Chianti, very good and fresh.
We were surprised when they gave us a kind of side table to support an ice bucket to cool the wine.
A detail and a success.

We went to dinner and everything was very delicious. We had gnocchi with gorgonzolo and risotto with shrimp and pistachios, both dishes were excellent. Very good service and very nice bathrooms but I didn't see any for disabled people. It may be somewhere else. They close early. It is not a cheap restaurant, it is in relation to the quality of the food

Il Cimatori, tambien 5 Amici, es un ambiente muy recomendable para comer la verdadera comida florentina/toscana, sin turistadas pero adecuado a quien pasa rápidamente por Florencia. La bistecca, la ribollita, la tagliata, la tagliatella.... Y el buen vino chianti o lo que quieran. A no perder.

Excelente opción para comer rápido y no perder el atardecer de la fachada bañada de sol de la Catedral de Florencia.
La Osteria se encuentra en el centro de Florencia y desde ahí podrás llegar sin contratiempo al Puente Viejo, Catedral, etc.
El bistec florentino, simplemente espectacular y la atención del Sr. Mauro hacen Quela experiencia se única en el sitio.
