Ristorante da Giovanni di Valentino In Roma

Me and my family have went to Florence, Venice, Napoli, and Rome. This restaurant by far has been the best restaurant we have been to in Italy. The food was amazing, the service was quick and most importantly the service was exceptional. We were surprised when one of the waiters started playing his guitar, the other waiter keeps you entertained with his humour. The food was made with love and honestly I wish I could give this restaurant a 10 star. I hope to come back to Rome just to experience this all over again. Thank you for such a good time.

This place is absolute gem by food and customer service. We had 3 meals with them on our visit to Rome. The second you walk in you’ll be part of the Familia. Everything they serve is authentic and delicious . I recommend to go with Valentinos recommendations, he’ll tell you what’s the best that day he personally picks the fresh produce from the market . Taste and quality of food this place should have Michelin recommendation at least. Highly recommended. If possible I would give them 10 stars ⭐️.

The dishes were excellent value for money and incredibly delicious. The food was also served quickly and hot. The server was funny and spoke excellent English, which really lightened the mood. The only downside I would say is that although there were plenty of tables, they were relatively small, and some of them were quite cramped in the foot space. Otherwise, a highly recommended restaurant.

A true Roman trattoria, with excellent staff, food, and generous portions at fair prices. Valentino, a wonderful host, knows how to make you feel at home, not to mention when he tries his hand at singing Roman folk songs with his guitar—a delight. At the end of the meal, he even offered a complimentary amaro. Next time, I'll have to bring him some myrtle liqueur 😉😂 Highly recommended

Best meal we had in Italy. You were greeted with a smile and we left feeling like family. They also have a hotel. They also speak great English. Also get the house wine. Although we didn't have an inch left in the suitcases we squeezed a bottle in for home. THANK YOU Giovanni!

Located next to Termini station, Valentini, the owner, is a joker and entertains customers with his singing skills, including a guitar. The food is decent.

Excelente comida. La lubina fue cocinada a la perfección. Las pastas fueron hechas por expertos. Saltimbocca fue lo mejor que tuve. Los propietarios eran muy entretenidos. Todos sonríen y se ríen. Dueño sacó su guitarra para destacar la noche
