Bella location dive il proprietario è sempre pronto ad accogliere e consigliare i clienti. Buone le quantità nei piatti. La qualità/ freschezza non eccelle ma siamo ai castelli romani e non sul mare. Tutto sonmato lo consiglio eccetto per i dolci che secondo me non sono un granché.

When you say you ate fish in Grottaferrata you absolutely cannot think of a place other than "da Gastone". Excellent cuisine, as well as the well-stocked cellar, without forgetting the always courteous and attentive service. And what can we say about the pizza: real Roman pizza. Luca, the owner, is always alert and ready to accommodate every request. Must try

Abbiamo pranzato in questo ristorante di pesce e siamo rimasti soddisfatti . La qualità del cibo è buona : piatti freschi e ben preparati.per iniziare ci hanno offerto una buonissima minestra di ceci e cozze. Per antipasto abbiamo ordinato un bel saute’ di cozze , baccalà fritto , alici e moscardini fritti. Come primo piatto una appetitosa ed abbondante pasta all’uovo con scampetti e pomodorella . Per concludere, fragoline di Nemi con panna. Offerti sempre dal ristorante, biscotti brutti ma buoni e meringhe. Il servizio è stato impeccabile con un ambiente curato ed accogliente. Consigliato.

I went to this restaurant for lunch with my husband and a group of his colleagues and their wives. We had a beautiful day and had a great lunch. I highly recommend it.

18/05/2025: We are in Rome for a training weekend, the restaurant is recommended to us by the hotel where we are staying. We were super satisfied with the service from the very familiar and typically Roman environment, but above all we ate well and the price was honest! Don't miss the cacio e pepe flaky potatoes...superlative🤤Thank you Paglia and Fieno for giving us a journey into the warmth and Roman food

30/05/2025: We went there last minute but best decision ever. The food was amazing and the knowledge and possibilities in wine were exceptional. If you love good wine and good food, this is the place to be.
30/05/2025: The multi-course tasting menu is incredible and with notice they will adjust to dietary restrictions easily! The wine pairings are great the knowledge of the staff is even better! I recommend this to all my friends visiting Rome and they all love it!
