Panigacci galore! In addition to the trio and the cutting board, I recommend the classics. The sechi with oil and parmesan, and the vegetarian platter. Large soundproofed room with a wonderful view.

Optimal! We all chose dishes with panigacci, since it was the first time I had eaten them there I wanted to try them all! We had a very good time, I recommend it for a lunch with family and friends. Upon arrival we were also cheered up by some cute goats in the meadow in front of the restaurant.

Da Gambin is an institution and has not changed over time: in my opinion it remains the number one in this area for enjoying panigacci, a very simple Lunigiana dish which here is enhanced with excellent quality cured meats and cheeses. The sausage cooked in the text is also very tasty.
And I want to underline that as soon as you have the empty basket on the table, it will be refilled for you again, with further panigacci, hot and freshly cooked: no small service!
The testarolo with oil and parmesan is very good, while I would think about improving the quality of the seasoning in the pesto one.
However, given the beautiful location and the ample parking, for me Da Gambin is a recurring destination!

Dopo alcuni anni siamo tornati e confermiamo tutto il bene di questo locale x assaporare gli squisiti panigacci cotti e secchi. Tris meraviglioso con pesto, sugo e olio. Quelli secchi con formaggi, e affettati. Ambiente gradevole, servizio preciso, gentile e ottima organizzazione come in passato. Eravamo sazi che abbiamo rinunciato ai dolci. Prezzo nella media.
