I didn't take advantage of the hotel's charm, just their cuisine, dedicating myself to the famous panigacci. Cooked and topped with pesto, tomato sauce, butter, and cheese, then plain with cured meats, stracchino, and gorgonzola. Special mention for the "chiodo" (literally, "nail"): pronounce it like that and your taste buds will thank you. The house red wine paired perfectly, all with friendly service at an incredibly reasonable price. I'll definitely be back.

A welcome confirmation, and this time we even slept there.
Panigacci is superb, the staff delightful, the attention to service and pampering for guests is top notch, the prices are "humane" and fully justified by the quality.
The rooms are clean and welcoming, and... practically NO plastic. Even for the excellent breakfast, packaged single-serving items are kept to a minimum. Plus, a fantastic location that offers a splendid view of the Apuan Alps.

We dined at this restaurant on the recommendation of a friend. It wasn't easy to get there, but the delicious food made it worth it! The place is simply adorable, and the staff is friendly, super fast, and efficient. The panigacci are delicious, as are the cured meats and cheeses, and the specialty "il chiodi" (sausage cooked in testi). I recommend the "come una volta" (traditional Italian sausage), which is absolutely delicious! I can't wait to go back.

Fantastic Panigacceria! In addition to the panigacci, I also tried the meat, everything was truly delicious. The place is very beautiful and well-kept, with a welcoming atmosphere. Even the bill was a pleasant surprise. Highly recommended!

Nella "patria" dei panigacci. Insuperabili in qualità e cottura. Ottimi salumi ( provate anche il lardo, è squisito ); i formaggi, la salsiccia cotta nel chiodo. Ma ottimi anche i primi e i secondi. I dolci. E il vino rosso della casa. Salone ampio con vista spettacolare ma soprattutto distanziamento dei tavoli efficiente che anche se tutto pieno non fa' "venire il mal di testa" per il vociare dei commensali troppo vicini in altri locali purtroppo viene disatteso. Quindi altra nota di merito Da Gambin. Piacevole anche l ambiente esterno con prato curato, sedie e tavolini per proseguire per un digestivo o un caffè all aperto. Parere personale non dò 5 stelle perché il Conto è troppo alto. Non è un giudizio ma solo un parere

Sono stata con il mio compagno a cena in questo ristorante ed è stato tutto piacevole.
Staff gentile e locale pulito e curato.
Abbiamo preso un tris di panigacci, panigacci con affettati molto buoni tra l’altro e il “chiodo”.
Consiglio!
Da ripetere.
