Da Gambin is an institution and has not changed over time: in my opinion it remains the number one in this area for enjoying panigacci, a very simple Lunigiana dish which here is enhanced with excellent quality cured meats and cheeses. The sausage cooked in the text is also very tasty.
And I want to underline that as soon as you have the empty basket on the table, it will be refilled for you again, with further panigacci, hot and freshly cooked: no small service!
The testarolo with oil and parmesan is very good, while I would think about improving the quality of the seasoning in the pesto one.
However, given the beautiful location and the ample parking, for me Da Gambin is a recurring destination!

We arrived specifically from Milan to eat the panigacci, but having been rejected by another place, we went to Gambin, and I must say that the panigacci with cured meats and much more are even better. Long live Gambin, never again without them!! Compliments!!

We had dinner on November 26th, to get there we crossed the silent hill valley, and were a bit hidden but the place was beautiful. The bill was a little salty and the service was so-so. But the dishes were good. The panigacci are really good.

Dopo alcuni anni siamo tornati e confermiamo tutto il bene di questo locale x assaporare gli squisiti panigacci cotti e secchi. Tris meraviglioso con pesto, sugo e olio. Quelli secchi con formaggi, e affettati. Ambiente gradevole, servizio preciso, gentile e ottima organizzazione come in passato. Eravamo sazi che abbiamo rinunciato ai dolci. Prezzo nella media.

Ieri le nostre figlie con i rispettivi mariti ci hanno portato in questo locale x festeggiare il nostro anniversario di matrimonio.eravamo già stati qua ,ma era un po' di tempo che mancavano.Panigacci buoni sia bolliti che con salume e formaggio,ma il chiodo di maiale è una cannonata.andateci lo consiglio.
