The quality of the products is good as is the plating, the external environment in winter is not the most comfortable, the price is in line with the quality of the food. A note to the waiters when the wine ordered is missing, it is good practice to present the wine list to the customers again and then perhaps suggest alternatives...

Esperienze uniche ogni volta che ci vai. Fausto Ferrante, Chef di straordinaria capacità, riesce sempre a imprimere nella memoria del commensale quel pasto rendendolo unico nel suo genere. Profondo conoscitore delle materie prime che presenta nei suoi capolavori, ti guida attraverso un viaggio nel gusto con eleganza e sobrietà senza tralasciare nulla al caso. Eccellente, tra l'altro, la selezione di birre artigianali.

28/12/2024: Comfortable and relaxing pub, good food and excellent beers all seasoned by the always affable and professional staff. The typical Roman pizza is average. I recommend the pico panco which is excellent for me. I recommend it.
