Thank you for existing. Every time, it's an unforgettable experience. Flavors stand out thanks to the careful sourcing of raw materials. From the couscous to the sublimely prepared smoked salmon by the chef, who always delivers. Not to mention the lobster Catalana and the desserts. All accompanied by the courtesy of the dining room staff, always attentive to customer service. Recommended for memorable dinners.

I had booked at Fausto's for a special dinner, but they very kindly offered me a special evening event on Bazzano Beach, featuring Da Fausto's chef and a menu specially designed for the occasion. I was happy to accept, especially since they offered us a very welcome discount. The menu reflected the elegance and quality of Fausto's cuisine: excellent appetizers, a well-executed main course, and a delicious dessert. My only small complaint was the risotto, which was perhaps difficult to manage for an outdoor dinner with over 80 guests: the quality of the ingredients was excellent, but the preparation was somewhat compromised by logistics. I will definitely return to Fausto's to fully savor the cuisine in its original setting. A big thank you to the staff for their helpfulness and passion.

Discovered by chance during an evening trip to Fondi. Everything really excellent: well-prepared, tasty and balanced. I recommend it from all points of view!
