Do not let them try to sell you a tasting menu. They charged more than the dishes were worth for each course and they were smaller than the real thing. Very dishonest and misleading.

There were 7 of us who had lunch here and we all thought it was the best pasta we had during our stay here in Rome. Service was very good and a very nice waiter. Thank you for having us, we will be back. A presto.

The service was fast, and the staff were friendly and welcoming, which created a very positive overall experience. It is a good idea to arrive early, as there can often be a long line, especially during busy periods. However, the wait is well worth it. Overall, a great dining experience that comes highly recommended.

A wonderful place. Delicious food, fresh, filling portions. An atmospheric Italian restaurant with soul. The waiter was very attentive and helpful in choosing dishes and sides.

03/01/2026: At Checco's, the welcome is like home. Marina, the owner, is an excellent cook and delighted us with everything 😋😋. The service was impeccable, the staff in the dining room were very attentive to ensuring nothing was missing. The music was excellent and the fireworks capped off the evening. THANK YOU ❤️
24/11/2025: It was our first time stopping at Checco's, on the recommendation of an acquaintance. The food was delicious, authentic and slightly homely. My wife remembered how typical it was a few years ago to find this type of cuisine on the roads between towns, especially for so-called "outsiders."

13/10/2025: Good bakery with many types of pizza, the white one that keeps well even the next day, delicious chocolate cookies, and grandma's cakes in both small and large sizes. They also sell jarred products (chickpeas, peas, sauces), some of which are good quality. It's open all day.
13/09/2025: All the products are really good and at reasonable prices, the staff is professional and kind, I can only highly recommend it, my trusted bakery in Rome
