We just had lunch in this historic restaurant, typical quality cuisine. The service of the waiter who served us outside deserves mention: discreet but present, he didn't do anything wrong, in fact he added that something that is no longer found in today's restaurants! THANK YOU!

Nothing special. We took two seconds. Fillet in balsamic vinegar requested rare, instead served overcooked. Good boiled meats, but very minimal portion. A negative note is the welcome, not having booked, we asked if there was a free table for 2, the gentleman at the entrance, who welcomed us, didn't even say hello, after taking a look around the room he showed us a table in rather rude manner. Sin.

Su questo locale, avevo letto solo ottime recensioni e infatti non ha deluso le mie aspettative....locale intimo e in stile trattoria....il bollito più buono che abbia mai mangiato in vita mia

Sopravvalutato. Meglio i primi piatti. Bollito deludente che hanno presentato in un piatto piano, dove c’erano “assaggini” vari, tra cui un pezzettino minuscolo di cappone, accompagnati da un altro piatto con quattro barattoli grandi di salse diverse, che evidentemente servono a tutti così per comodità. Di solito le salsine vengono sporzionate e riposte in ciotoline o piccoli bicchieri. Non sono rimasta soddisfatta, per cui non ritornerò.

25/01/2025: Unusual location but excellent food. Typical cuisine. Excellent dumplings and tortelli. Fast and precise service. Only note: change POS contract, it's impossible not to accept circuits such as visa, mastercard, etc...
21/01/2025: We went here because the trattoria is listed in the excellent Slow Food guide. It's a bit hard to find, but welcoming and popular. The dishes were good. We found the lasagna a bit oversalty, and the pasta fagioli the opposite. The bollito misto had a very good selection of meats, including the wonderful cotechino sausage and tongue. Attentive, lovely service.

Antica Trattoria La Busa

24/01/2025: I went for lunch today with some friends, the staff was very kind and professional, the food was delicious, tortellini with parmesan cream crust and balsamic vinegar from Modena were superb.
24/01/2025: Excellent lunch, convenient for a business lunch just a few minutes from the motorway.
