At Checco's, the welcome is like home. Marina, the owner, is an excellent cook and delighted us with everything 😋😋. The service was impeccable, the staff in the dining room were very attentive to ensuring nothing was missing. The music was excellent and the fireworks capped off the evening. THANK YOU ❤️

It was our first time stopping at Checco's, on the recommendation of an acquaintance. The food was delicious, authentic and slightly homely. My wife remembered how typical it was a few years ago to find this type of cuisine on the roads between towns, especially for so-called "outsiders."

I didn't remember having been there before as I wasn't from the area and in any case I had already given 5 stars. I went back a few days ago after a trip to Cervara and it was a pleasant surprise... Family atmosphere, homemade pasta with authentic sauces, the best French fries I've ever eaten (they seemed like the ones our grandmothers used to make) and a spectacular lamb... Congratulations... And last but not least, very honest with the prices, highly recommended

A unique trattoria, where time stands still, serving traditional Italian dishes made with care and passion, and excellent family management. My wife and I had a truly wonderful meal, and we'll be back. Thank you ❤️

A place where you can still eat well and savor dishes steeped in traditional flavors. Prices are decidedly reasonable, and the atmosphere is casual yet spotlessly clean. It's an excellent location for groups and is very conveniently located right on the Strada Subblacense. Ample parking is available.

We stumbled upon it by chance after visiting the sanctuary, inspired by the sign outside that mentioned gnocchi and tripe. We couldn't have made a better choice! The gnocchi, handmade and topped with mutton sauce, were a real treat. The sauce tasted like the one our grandmothers used to make, when you could smell the aroma of celery, carrots, and onions. In short, it was delicious and not at all heavy, on the contrary! Not to mention the tripe, delicious, flavorful yet light. Flavors from another era. Thanks to Daniel, who served us, affable, knowledgeable, kind, and with a quick wit; not to mention the owner, Ezio, a truly good person and ready to exchange a few pleasant words with chatty people like us. Thanks again for bringing quality, tradition, ancient flavors, and a smile to the table. We will definitely be back, and always as a couple. Thank you!!

Homemade dishes, but in the truest sense of the word, incredibly tasty. It's one of the best places in the area. The owners are kind and friendly. Reasonable prices. In a word: try it and believe it. Highly recommended.

A casual, homey trattoria. Tasty appetizer with top-quality cured meats. Delicious first course: fettuccine with porcini mushrooms; tender veal steak, prime cuts. Worth the trip for a relaxing, excellent lunch. Thank you, and see you soon.
