Ottimo il ristorante gourmet sulla terrazza esterna. Piatti curati e ben serviti, vista spettacolare e personale gentile e professionale. Ci sono piaciuti molto i tajarin con il ragù e gli agnolotti. Da provare!

Simplemente tuve que escribir una crítica después de comer en De Casse. Esta es una de las mejores pastas que he comido y el huevo que comencé fue fantástico. Cómo los italianos pueden comer así en una montaña ponen la quinina inglesa en vergüenza.

Located on the slopes of Sestriere, a very well-kept place with a direct view of the woods. Original menu with well-managed and well-prepared dishes.

Beautiful experience on the snow.. excellent food that respects the Piedmontese tradition.. we really had a great time... the panettone with the hot zabaglione made on the spot was delicious..

Starting from the homemade brioche, to the lunch of fresh pasta and really good dishes, I can say that I haven't found better food. Excellent service, I will definitely return.

Exceptional culinary experience at the top of the slopes in a super nice place tastefully decorated! Special mention for the chocolate pana cota and the tiramisu ❤️and let’s not forget the house bread ❤️ a delight

Very good place next to the slopes. It differs from the typical restaurants you find near slopes, which serve mainly fast foods and snacks (which I can enjoy as well, nothing wrong with it). This restaurant serves quality food and the atmosphere is chique while also maintaining the coziness you expect from a ski-restaurant. I had the venison tournedos and polenta. The meat was prepared perfectly, it almost melted in the mouth, and the polenta was one of the best I have had so far. My friends had the pasta with ragú and were also very happy. You pay more than other restaurants in the area and the portions are smaller but it's worth it! And that's coming from a stingy Dutchman.

I recommend the poached egg as an antipasti, extra and original! The tournedos is not very filling, but melts in the mouth and very tasty. The desserts are also very good!

Walked in by chance, a real surprise. A little expensive, but worth it
