Ristorante da Buso In Caorle

Elegant and refined restaurant, good food, attentive and helpful staff, average price, definitely worth returning

A lovely restaurant located on the edge of Caorle's city center. The staff was friendly and helpful in explaining the various courses and matching wines. I spent a pleasant evening with my family. The restaurant was quiet, allowing for pleasant conversation with other diners. We ordered: Appetizers: raw seafood with colorful seafood and contemporary cicchetti (very good). Gragnano spaghetti cacio e pepe with red shrimp tartare and spaghetti alla chitarra creamed in smoked butter with tuna tartare; fusilli with red mullet, eggplant, and cherry tomatoes (really good). Octopus Everything was very good and beautifully presented, although the portions, for my taste, were perhaps a little on the small side. A small note about the desserts: they didn't arrive at the same time, but some diners had to wait longer than necessary. Definitely recommended. (P.S. I hope I didn't get the names of the dishes wrong.)

I think it's the best restaurant in Caorle. I've been going there often in recent years and it has never disappointed my expectations. Well done!

Non ci sono parole,provare per credere… TOP! Qualità, servizio, location La grigliata di pesce è insuperabile. Il servizio attento e preparato… Il nostro piatto preferito… le ostriche alla griglia , i cicchetti veneziani , il crudo di pesce , la tartare i gamberi nascosti, il fritto misto, l’ anguilla… e i dolci?? Per non parlare del “ nostro “ digestivo ( chiudi serata ) amaro Leon !! Grazie Alessandra e Andrea ( a tutto lo staff)

Pranzo di rientro: Caorle sembra il giusto compromesso per un pit stop culinario. Un’atmosfera familiare e sorridente, il buon mestiere unito alla cucina di generazioni. Il nonno pescatore, i dettagli curati e poi.. una cucina pulita, elegante, di sostanza. Difficile non innamorarsene.
