Ristorante da Buso In Caorle

A truly elegant and intimate little restaurant, with knowledgeable staff and exquisite food. The portions were adequate; the appetizer was almost a first course, so the price/quantity ratio was more than adequate. We were very satisfied; everything was very good.

A truly remarkable experience at one of the area's most popular restaurants. The welcoming atmosphere and professional service are evident from the moment we arrive. We enjoyed a selection of dishes, including pastries, cacio e pepe with raw shrimp, fritto misto (excellent for its crispiness and balance), grilled scallops, octopus, and crème brulee. Each course was distinguished by its freshness and meticulous presentation. The bill was higher than average, but the quality of the ingredients and attention to detail fully justify the price. Recommended for those seeking refined cuisine and a high-end gastronomic experience.

Today we had the wonderful experience of dining at this restaurant. The service was impeccable, friendly, and refined. The atmosphere was beautiful, but above all, the dishes were original, very tasty, and served in just the right quantities. I highly recommend it!

We've been coming to this restaurant for years and it's always been satisfying. Great raw seafood, excellent first courses, quality ingredients, impeccable service. Always a sure thing.

We went for lunch on our anniversary on October 3, 2025. I ordered baked turbot. Once it was served, I tasted it and, in my opinion, it was dry and inedible. I pointed this out to the service staff. I was unable to eat anything else due to the mix-up. To my utter surprise, when I went to pay, they still charged me 50%, claiming it was fair. I wonder? If they ruined my lunch, and I was unable to eat anything else, is it fair that they still charged me 50%? Personally, given the restaurant's reputation, I wouldn't have given up for 25 euros. A word to the wise...

I had a wonderful evening, from the way we were welcomed, served, and explained the dishes. In my opinion, one of the best restaurants in Caorle for its offerings, combining tradition and innovation with combinations that I would call aphrodisiac.

Non ci sono parole,provare per credere… TOP! Qualità, servizio, location La grigliata di pesce è insuperabile. Il servizio attento e preparato… Il nostro piatto preferito… le ostriche alla griglia , i cicchetti veneziani , il crudo di pesce , la tartare i gamberi nascosti, il fritto misto, l’ anguilla… e i dolci?? Da oltre 10 anni, quando ne abbiamo la possibilità, essendo anche fuori zona, ci rechiamo presso "Da Buso", ancora quando il locale era all'angolo opposto della strada; da quella prima volta non hanno fatto altro che migliorare in tutto, dal servizio alla qualità dei piatti!! Ogni volta, ogni nuovo menù è un'esperienza culinaria incredibile!! Sapori bilanciati e delicatissimi accompagnati da un servizio cordiale e rapido, un'eccellenza assoluta in tutta Caorle!! Consiglio sempre a chi va a Caorle di passare in questo fantastico ristorante perché ne vale davvero la pena, però mi rendo conto solo ora che, lo dovrei consigliare a chi veramente apprezza questo tipo di esperienza, perché sì, ogni piatto da loro è eccezionale, ma chi cerca per esempio i primi con mezzo chilo di pasta, o dei piatti "caserecci", beh allora, non fa per voi... Anche se lo si evince dalle tantissime foto, qui i piatti sono ricercati e curati in ogni dettaglio, sono studiati e spiegati poi per filo e per segno, è un'esperienza come già detto, non ti buttano lì un piatto fatto alla bell'e meglio e via. Detto ciò, faccio ancora i complimenti per tutti questi anni di capolavori culinari come già detto di persona ad Alessandra
