Very quiet and elegant environment, excellent quality of raw materials, top quality fresh fish, wide choice of wines, compliments, truly professional and kind staff, I was lucky enough to meet the landlady and the chefs "me quito el sombrero". Very pleasant discovery just outside the historic center of Caorle. A nice fish restaurant with the possibility, however, even for those like me who don't eat it to taste excellent meat dishes and more... as for the fish, everything is very fresh and cooked on the grill or in the oven depending on your choice, not to mention the starters of both meat and fish which are truly excellent and in some cases with particular but never risky combinations. Excellent wine cellar to pair with the dishes. A separate note for the owner Francesca and all the staff: we felt pampered from start to finish and I must say that this aspect makes the difference because eating well matters a lot but also the relationship created between customer and staff matters a lot, here in this case a young, thoughtful, smiling professional who is good at recommending dishes and combinations, explaining the characteristics of the dish 🔝 and then (and this also applies to me who doesn't eat fish) the spectacle of seeing the mastery in cleaning the fish before eating serve him... well done, well done 👏👏 we'll be back 🔝

Pranzo di rientro: Caorle sembra il giusto compromesso per un pit stop culinario. Un’atmosfera familiare e sorridente, il buon mestiere unito alla cucina di generazioni. Il nonno pescatore, i dettagli curati e poi.. una cucina pulita, elegante, di sostanza. Difficile non innamorarsene.

Siamo stati per la prima volta in questo ristorante dall’ambiente carino e accogliente e siamo rimasti sorpresi dal menù che va oltre gli standard di una cucina a base di pesce. Prodotti di grande qualità. Piatti gustosi,raffinati ed eleganti anche alla vista. Ottima scelta di vini. Alessandra una padrona di casa cortese e professionale. Da ritornarci.
