I came to Baffone after many years, and for the first time "à la carte." I had only tried the ceremonies, and I must say it was very good. On the other hand, I noticed that the "à la carte" experience was overall not bad, but the prices were decidedly outrageous for the quantities, especially for the appetizer, which was advertised as serving 4 but clearly serving 2 people. The attitude of the ordering staff was decidedly superficial and impolite. The white wine I ordered tasted almost like vinegar, but the rest of the drinks were good.

Splendid location in the cool of Vivaro, a stone's throw from Nemi and Ariccia. Decent food, not exceptional, but the place is worth a lot and makes up for the shortcomings

I have had lunch in this restaurant several times, really good, surrounded by the greenery of the Roman castles, near Nemi and its lake.

The food is superb starting from the appetizers up to the dessert we ate some really good pappardelle with wild boar sauce and a super good and very tender veal cheek we will definitely be back

01/08/2025: I went with my friends for an aperitivo. The food was perfect, the wait staff was friendly and knowledgeable, but the best part is the cocktail bar. There's a wide selection of drinks, including all the classics and some excellent signature drinks, thanks to the bartenders' experience. Recommended for an aperitivo or after-dinner drink 👍
