Ritornati da Baffone dopo qualche anno, per un pranzo a “5 gradi in meno” rispetto alla “fornace” romana; resta un ottimo ristorante, in un’ ottima location.
Nonostante il “pienone domenicale”, ed essere arrivati alle 13:45, siamo stati serviti in tempi adeguati da personale gentile ed efficiente; preso bruschette ai funghi, tagliere di salumi, lombatine e tagliata ai ferri con vari contorni: tutto molto buono. Sorbetti, caffè e ciambellini tipici (in omaggio); infine direi che il rapporto qualità/prezzo, considerato il tutto, è rimasto assolutamente adeguato, se non leggermente sopra la media locale per la tipologia. Parco giochi tenuto benissimo, e panchine per rilassarsi dopo pranzo. Lo consiglio.

Excellent restaurant, lunch last Sunday, place with at least more than two hundred people, truly impeccable service. Friendly and professional waiters. The price, directly proportional to the service and quality of the food. I highly recommend.

Thirty-year customer of the restaurant, also celebrated many ceremonies in the restaurant. Always excellent cuisine, fast service if there is communication between the dining room and the kitchen! I HATE when dishes are not served simultaneously, you can't wait and start the first course while the other diners are almost finished, it's very embarrassing! We are talking about the Tris and the STUNNING pappardelle with wild boar ragù. (Tot 7 Pax our table). Ditto for the second courses. Last tragedy after enjoying 4 strawberries with ice cream we remained for a good half hour waiting for the remaining 3 desserts, comforted (or made fun of) by the waiter who kindly said that they were on their way. In the end we gave up and went to pay! I repeat, more communication between the dining room and the kitchen, and taking a step back regarding the fettuccine with porcini mushrooms, which are now just a faded, white and disconnected copy of what was the restaurant's main dish twenty years ago... CREMOLATED. Maybe I have to say mea culpa for having gone on a Sunday for lunch with the place full and several ceremonies! See you again on November 2nd maybe we will have a better service.
