This restaurant was one of the best I've ever had during my trip to Italy. The bathroom was better than the hotel. The toilet was actually in Villeroyenborg....ㅋㅋㅋㅋ The food was clean and the sirloin steak was really tender. I recommend it!

If you want to eat well, you're in the right place!!! We ordered two tasting menus, porcini mushroom parcels, and guanciale.... Excellent food, delicate pairings, and beautiful dishes. The refuge is clean and well-kept. The staff are friendly, tidy, and professional. Prices are in line with the location. Recommended.

We stopped in here randomly, and it ended up being the best meal we had in the Dolomites. Prices are a little higher than some of the more casual spots in the area, but absolutely worth it—the presentation and flavors felt much more refined. We loved the use of local herbs and ingredients that made every dish stand out. The potato mousse and gnocchi were incredible, and the egg with truffle was a highlight. The red sauce pasta was also outstanding. Overall, a perfect balance of flavor and presentation—highly recommend!

Top! Excellent food, delicate flavors, and beautiful pairings. Dishes were beautifully presented... we had the tasting menu, a plate of paccheri with porcini mushrooms, and a main course, guanciale. The meat was incredibly tender, and the staff were very professional and friendly. Prices were reasonable for the setting... location, ambiance, and food!!! I highly recommend it.

l'impiattamento molto bello. Primi gustosi con ottimi abbinamenti. Il problema sono stati i secondi, abbiamo preso il cervo e l'anatra e sinceramente ci aspettavamo
molto di più, quasi immangiabili per la durezza della carne. La cottura a bassa temperatura per ore, da un locale del genere, credo sia quasi un obbligo. Tutto sommato ci tornerei, ma la Mia è una recensione costruttiva.
