Unassuming location, however that's not something the owners have much control over. The service was was wonderful! I ordered fish of the day which was delicious ( the grilled fish skin a little bitter but not overly so). My lady ordered pistachio pasta and liked it, especially the shrimp. I recommend visiting this place, perfectly adequate price to quality ratio.
Very affordable house wine was a big plus!

Among many restaurants, we were inspired by the location and the simple venue....we ate dishes cooked with passion, this is the feeling we had, then confirmed by the goodness and freshness of the ingredients. We may never return to Ischia again but I recommend it to anyone going on holiday.

Come le stelle specificano e’ nella media. Il cibo e’ cucinato anche bene, ma la ragazza di sala non molto preparata a tratti svogliata. Tantissime portare nessuno che ti chiede come stia andando , se fosse di gradimento etc etc. Sicuramente credo sia fatto in famiglia. Però tutto sommato potrebbe dare di più.

A very pleasant experience from Assuntina to Ischia.
Fresh raw materials, from appetizers to fruit. Everything really has the flavor of tradition.
Kind and attentive staff.
The only precaution (dealing with marketing and having a restaurant myself, I want to say this): music.
The environment makes the difference. So what I would recommend is to choose music that is in line with the concept of the restaurant.
Customers will appreciate it.

The food is fantastic but the older waitress with brown hair wasn't very attentive.
Ate last night for the first time
...I couldn't say which dish was the best....spaghetti with sea urchin was spectacular, you eat as you spend but I'm completely satisfied...I'll definitely go back every time I come to Ischia
