This restaurant offers a wide selection of meat-based first and second courses, both classic and sophisticated. You can choose your own pairing for the first course; I recommend the "buffalo mozzarella-filled caskets" paired with a unique citrus-flavored venison ragù. Main courses include grilled meats and game—a truly extensive selection. The service is attentive and friendly; I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The restaurant is located outside of town, so you'll need your own transportation.

I only knew this restaurant by name but had never been. I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of meats in both the first and second courses. Not the usual grills, but braised venison, roe deer, wild boar, and even ostrich. Everything was delicious. Don't miss the opportunity to go there and return, as I will soon with my family.

For those seeking traditional, game-based dishes, this is the ideal place. From wild boar to roe deer, venison, and more, it offers a wide range of dishes.
Old-fashioned cuisine with tradition and philosophy.
The quality/price ratio is among the best.
Excellent appetizers, not to mention the succulent first courses, but save room for the various meat-based second courses, which will blow your mind.

I ate there over 10 years ago and had great memories; I went back yesterday for lunch and the food was even better than I remembered:
bucatini all'amatriciana 10
pappardelle with wild boar 10
wild boar stew 10
The grill was excellent, but I didn't finish it simply because the portions were so generous and delicious (but they packed it for me to take home, and I had dinner there with my daughter).
The prices were truly fair (anywhere else we would have spent €10 more per person for the quality and quantity).
I'll be back more often.
