Strolling along the seafront, we decided to make a reservation for dinner, and we were right!
The restaurant is very refined, with professional, elegant, and attentive staff.
The service is excellent, and the quality of the food is truly excellent.
Everything was fresh and delicious: we enjoyed typical Carloforte dishes. The tuna steak, which I'd been dying to try, was truly excellent, as delicious as everything else.
The location is beautiful, right on the seafront.
The prices are high, but the quality of the food and service justifies it.
If you want to savor typical local dishes and be pampered by attentive and friendly staff, this is definitely the place!

In my opinion, it's the epitome of excellence in Carloforte. High-level service that doesn't veer into excessive formality; time is spent at large tables and comfortable seating; an extensive and refined wine list; mastery from appetizers to dessert; fair bills that are perfectly tailored to the offerings. But what really makes the difference is the staff: all of them! Congratulations 💯

Impeccable experience. A friend recommended this restaurant; I had high expectations, but it was truly amazing. From the raw fish appetizers to the linguine with grouper butter and mullet bottarga, followed by the tuna steak, and finally a traditional Sardinian dessert. The quality of the tuna is excellent; I've never eaten fish this good. This will be our first, and certainly not our last, visit. Highly recommended!

Hands down the restaurant to go in Carloforte.. forget the rest.
We ordered the raw tuna appetizer and the Girotonno which comprised the ventresca, and other cuts of the blue fin tuna. The ventresca was done to perfection - fatty flavorful and tender - done just right. Last night we were at Tonno Di Corsa, the ventresca we ordered was so tough/hard, not oily as it should be with a lot of skin and scale. Very very good meal. Other tuna cuts were also very good. Kudos to the Chef.

Driven by the desire to taste tuna in all its forms, we chose this restaurant for our dinner in Carloforte, and it was truly a pleasant discovery.
We began our experience with the mixed raw tuna and the traditional flavors of the tuna slaughter, then continued with the tuna tour, all recommended by Andrea, the owner.
Each flavor was then complemented by the choice of an excellent wine.
The wait staff attentively guided us through this experience, explaining each dish in great detail. We highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for an experience like this, as courtesy, professionalism, and quality always win!

Andrea's restaurant was recommended to us, but it exceeded our expectations... the word "professional" sums it all up: service, food, atmosphere.
Tuna is the star of the menu, served and offered in so many variations. In fact, we had to return a second time because we were still curious to try some dishes we hadn't had the chance to try!
Everyone was excellent, from the kitchen to the dining room. This is truly a place to highly recommend!
