Of its kind, the best restaurant in Carloforte. Historic atmosphere with a touch of modernity, in fact the venue is nestled between the walls of the CineTeatro Cavallera. Very high level menu, appetizers including raw tuna and above all, the first courses (seafood carbonara and seafood spaghetti) of unparalleled quality, creaminess and taste. Excellent catch of the day. The desserts are also superlative, in particular their one-of-a-kind pardula flan and the chocolate sphere. But the real praise for this place goes to their dining room staff. One of the best reception services ever found. Kind, courteous, professional, prepared and truly tireless.

Carbonara with seafood: a unique delicacy, as are the seafood spaghetti. The fresh tuna expertly prepared, very tasty. Generous portions, perfect service, knowledgeable and friendly staff, a welcoming place to eat in a truly relaxed atmosphere.

Nice culinary experience, excellent food and special dishes, which are difficult to find in other restaurants. Excellent attention to detail and aesthetics of the dishes and the environment.

Really nice place, very kind and professional staff! And last but not least, excellent food! Then, the icing on the cake, I saw an old friend from my time as a boy, on holiday in Carloforte! The only flaw is that you are a little too far from Tuscany to be able to come here often!😉

Modern and welcoming place, good range of dishes, mainly linked to tuna and local tradition. I definitely recommend the pesto lasagna with tuna and the roast belly. Abundant portions! Attentive staff and very quick service.

The indisputable protagonist is the bluefin tuna. Applause goes to the professional and helpful staff who guide you in your choices with timely suggestions. A guarantee! Refined and precise wine list. Great variety of Sardinian labels and more. Pleasant surprises to pour into a glass to make the experience unique.

27/10/2024: I stumbled upon Lavori in Corso with colleagues after a workday nearby, and we were all pleasantly surprised by the excellent food quality. Each dish was clearly prepared with passion and high-quality ingredients, giving a true taste of Sardinian tradition. The restaurant itself is small, but if you’re lucky enough to find a spot, you’re in for a genuinely enjoyable experience. The menu is limited, yet it offers something for various tastes, which adds to the charm. The only reason I’m not giving a full five stars is a slight rigidity from the kitchen with small requests – they stick closely to the menu, even for minor adjustments or combining appetizers onto a shared platter. Despite this, I highly recommend it; it’s one of those unexpected finds that adds so much to Italian dining tradition.
12/10/2024: By far the best restaurant we visited while our stay in Sardegna. Traditional dishes, very well prepared and with a little tweak. The prices are a bit above average, but it's totally worth it. Highly recommendable.

04/01/2025: Excellent experience. We ate for lunch. A tasting menu based on tuna presented in all its variations, two first courses and a very delicate and particular tuna tripe. Excellent service and very good wine list. Excellent value for money.
18/11/2024: We ate the full menu. The raw material was spectacular, I liked the starters and the second course more. Tuna reigned supreme, simple and genuine dishes. Advised
