Excellent restaurant where you can taste tuna in all its forms, we recommend the tasting menu which offers numerous special and exclusive dishes. Excellent service, well-trained waiters and a very good sommelier.
The cost is high but is largely justified by the service offered.

50 shades of bluefin tuna in this restaurant! From grilled belly to tartare, carpaccio and tagliata, everything is fresh, everything is good and deliciously seasoned! The service is very warm and the sommelier, perfectly French-speaking, will help you discover little nuggets to enhance your dishes! Grazie mile to the whole team! :-)

There were 6 of us (including a chef) and we left the restaurant speechless. Impeccable service, perfect quality of ingredients and 0 km tuna. All at a more than fair price. I can't wait to return to Carloforte just to stay there again.
If only all the restaurants in Sardinia worked with their passion and honesty…

Of its kind, the best restaurant in Carloforte. Historic atmosphere with a touch of modernity, in fact the venue is nestled between the walls of the CineTeatro Cavallera. Very high level menu, appetizers including raw tuna and above all, the first courses (seafood carbonara and seafood spaghetti) of unparalleled quality, creaminess and taste. Excellent catch of the day. The desserts are also superlative, in particular their one-of-a-kind pardula flan and the chocolate sphere.
But the real praise for this place goes to their dining room staff. One of the best reception services ever found. Kind, courteous, professional, prepared and truly tireless.
