High-end cuisine, definitely one of Turin's most in-demand restaurants. The restaurant is very well-maintained and the staff is courteous. Recommended for romantic and/or business dinners.

Food: Very well-structured dishes and extremely fresh fish. The dishes (tasting menu) were extremely well-balanced in terms of quantity, and the flavors were perfectly distinguishable.
Service: The sommelier wasn't really attuned to the environment, even in a "relational" way with his colleagues. The wait staff was extremely professional, friendly, and quick, especially when considering the workload.
Ambience: Unique but understated, not overbearing. The only flaw was the air conditioning, which wasn't effective, especially in the booths, but the exceptional heat wave likely had a significant impact.
Value for money: Balanced.

Fresh fish and plenty of options, even if the menu is a bit repetitive.
The gnocchi with arugula pesto is a bit too bitter...
The sofas are a bit uncomfortable...
The service could be improved; there's always a long wait to find out which table you're assigned when you book.

I remember six months ago when I arrived in Turin. I was looking for a seafood restaurant, and Cucco was a wonderful discovery right from the start. Whenever I have a free day and want to spend a pleasant evening, I always choose them. The atmosphere is refined, away from the chaos. The food is hilarious. Among other good dishes, I recommend the fusilli with crab and the crispy octopus. The staff are friendly, especially Juan, "always smiling." Yesterday we ate outside on the terrace. ENCHANTED.
