We had the pleasure of living an extraordinary gastronomic experience with a tasting dedicated to the restaurant's historic dishes. Each course was a true homage to the Trentino tradition: authentic flavours, top quality ingredients and careful presentation. The cuisine has been able to convey the soul of the territory with great respect through each dish. The service was simply impeccable: professional, attentive and at the same time warm, capable of making us feel truly pampered for the entire duration of the meal. The refined but welcoming environment completed the atmosphere perfectly. Finally, the quality-price ratio is absolutely consistent with the proposed experience: every euro spent was fully justified by the quality of the raw materials, the expertise in the kitchen and the excellence of the service. Furthermore, the chef had the splendid habit of passing between the tables: he was very kind and helpful, adding a touch of humanity and passion that made the experience even more special. A restaurant we would recommend without hesitation to anyone who wants to eat well! We will definitely be back!

A very nice experience, very nice and well-kept place. Unique but good food. Meeting Chef Roberto and his beautiful wife was very exciting. Prices normal for this type of restaurant. There is a long wait to book but it's worth it.

We stayed at Crotto Valtellina for my partner's 35th birthday, and it was a magical place! The internal area is very elegant, while the external area directly overlooks a cave, creating a unique atmosphere. We chose the typical Valtellina tasting menu, adapted into a gluten-free version for me, and it was an unforgettable evening. Furthermore, chef Valbuzzi, who passes between the tables, is really super kind. An experience I highly recommend!

Elegant and characteristic restaurant, with a welcoming atmosphere. Friendly staff attentive to customer needs. Excellent and particular local dishes: special mention goes to the linguine with garlic butter. Absolutely recommended. Thanks for the lovely evening!

Well-kept, intimate and welcoming environment. Traditional and innovative dishes come together in a sublime culinary experience that deserves to be relived with new tastings. Unforgettable pizzoccheri and sloppy... as much as Greta's final smile. Highly recommended.

A lunch or dinner at Roberto's is absolutely worth it. It was truly a pleasure. Dishes prepared with great care and excellent selection. The staff was able to explain each dish chosen carefully and carefully. The welcome entrée and selection of mignon that accompanied the coffee were a measure and attention to the customer of excellent taste. I will definitely return.

Excelente comida, ubicación y servicio. La comida es extremadamente sabrosa, bien presentada y hecha con ingredientes de primera calidad. Tienen una buena selección de vinos y el personal es extremadamente amable y profesional. La ubicación es preciosa y ahora decorada con buen gusto para Navidad. ¡Debes probar sus pizzoccheri y la carne de tzigoiner (en un pincho de madera) se derrite en tu boca! Muy recomendable
