Wonderful dinner, perfect setting for a special event as the place is enchanting, the competent and above all very accommodating service makes you feel at home. Note of merit for the cuisine, very beautiful recipes to look at and above all with an exceptional care for the choice of raw materials, exclusively from the territory and that enhance the small local producers. Very very good keep it up!!

Chef Roberto Valbuzzi is at the helm of this magnificent warm and welcoming place, rich in history where the care and research of local raw materials are the masters.
A truly magnificent place with a veranda (open in the summer) that overlooks an old cave.. wonderful!
I have been several times but each time is a unique experience!
His pizzoccheri are a real delight, served at the table directly from the pan.
Also try the second courses, from venison to roe deer to the typical tzigoiner (beef rolled on a wooden skewer and cooked on pioda) all dishes where the particular flavor of the meat is enhanced.
A note of merit also goes to the waiters, kind and friendly.

We were there last night for dinner. Everything was great, I don't know where to start for the wonderful evening we spent. We tried the truly exceptional discovery menu. We will definitely be back.

Enchanting and quiet place where you can have lunch with a view of a historic crotto. Everything well taken care of with friendly and helpful staff. The main dish is the pizzoccheri, truly unmissable, where, upon request, they also bring an encore. Personally I also find the Slinzega nothing short of exceptional. Perhaps a little more expensive than average, desserts and wine, but definitely a place to try, where you won't be disappointed!! Highly recommended.

Very charming location, very kind and attentive waiters. The dishes on the tasting menu Elaborate and carefully prepared. All this has a considerable cost but I think it is worth the experience. I only regret not having seen the chef 🥲

A really nice birthday evening, a calm and clean environment and in summer with this heat very cool!! It's the second time we go and always the best, then what can I say about Valbuzzi Roberto, always friendly and very nice!! We will definitely be back!!!
