Cot' cos is a culinary jewel. I opted for the tasting menu and it was a gastronomic experience, dinner would be too simplistic.... Each course was presented impeccably by the owner, it's beautiful the way he conveys his passion to you, he loves his job and puts his heart and professionalism into it. The venue is intimate, ideal for dinners for couples. quality raw materials. Variety of meats with salt list for each type, wide choice of wines. You have to go and try it. I could write about everything but it wouldn't be enough to describe the value of this place

Our dinner was not a simple dinner but a culinary experience that unfortunately you don't see many around. The menu has a variety of controlled and certified meats from all over the world, from reindeer to crocodile, from ostrich to kangaroo. My partner and I were honored to have this experience, each meat was accompanied by a specially chosen salt, we were also brought a vast variety of chillies both in oil and powder classified according to the degree of spiciness. All this was accompanied by the kindness and love that the owner put into telling us about this tasting, truly compliments!! We are not from Turin but if we return we will certainly return to the restaurant with great pleasure!!

DELICIOUS restaurant and staff, kind and helpful. The entire culinary journey is carefully studied down to the smallest detail... from the stories of each cut of meat, to the recommended combinations of meat with sauces and different types of salt and condiments. The dishes are very refined and you can taste different cuts of particular meat such as zebra, crocodile, wagyu, camel etc.
The desserts are also amazing! The panna cotta is highly recommended!

Cena divertente e particolare in un piccolo ristorante di Torino. Ambiente familiare, pochi tavoli, ma tanta passione. Abbiamo mangiato i bocconi di vicciola, strepitosi, la degustazione di salami e poi abbiamo preso una degustazione di carni, dall’’Angus al wagyu allo struzzo, tutto tra il buono e l’ottimo. Il posto non è male solo dovete solo essere amanti di carni esotiche altrimenti mangi poco. I prezzi sappiamo già che le carni esotiche anche se surgelate sono costose.
La coppia che ci ha serviti è fantastica mi dispiace solo che ho sbagliato ristorante avrei dovuto documentarmi prima, ciao a tutti.

Invito da parte delle figlie per la festa del papà, conoscendole mie tendenze non proprio vegetariane e oltremodo curiose, direi che ci hanno azzeccato alla grande. A parte la varietà di carni, non comuni e servite alla perfezione , anche con abbinamenti insoliti, tutto il resto del locale vi stupirà e delizierà, carta dei sali, ottima carta dei vini, collezione di peperoncini in olio o in polvere con al scala scoville espressa a scanso di spiacevoli sorprese, e alla fine l'ambaradan di zuccherini di Mauro, ottimo anfitrione. Una serata veramente appagante!
