The atmosphere is comfortable and non-chaotic, with a relaxing and attentive selection of music, and the volume is low enough to allow for conversation without any disturbance. The service is enhanced by the passion and accuracy with which the various cuts and ingredients are described and explained. I loved seeing such passion and love for their craft. I also greatly appreciated the selection of salts to match the cuts chosen. So many little details that make the experience truly enjoyable. I'm not a big meat eater, but I found it extremely fun to taste such unique cuts of meat, in our case: crocodile, vicciola, Kobe, zebra, and kangaroo. All delicious. The panna cotta (also anything but ordinary) is highly recommended as a finale.

Warm welcome, a variety of local and "exotic" meats (kangaroo, zebra, etc.), accompanied by different types of salt and sauces (and six different vinegars for the mixed salad). The panna cotta is exceptional! An experience to repeat!

I had dinner with my son at this restaurant, which offers a unique food and wine experience, as unique as the owners themselves, who convey positive emotions through their dishes, gestures, words, and creativity, transferring them from the palate to the soul. Being guided through the international menu was like being taken by the hand on a world tour. Furthermore, this isn't the restaurant's only original offering: go and discover that Cos' Cöt is a continuous and delightful surprise from start to finish.

What a lovely surprise! I stumbled upon it by chance because the sign inspired me. The atmosphere is intimate and refined, the service is very attentive, and you can tell the owners care about making their customers feel well-served (they greeted me with a small welcome appetizer). The cuisine is excellent, and the menu is varied, with top-quality meats, accompanied by a detailed guide explaining their provenance and characteristics. The ending was a surprise, but much appreciated. Highly recommended!

We've dined at Cot' Cös twice, and both times were a special experience: from the attentive and friendly service, to the dishes served, to the welcoming atmosphere, everything was perfect! It's clear that the driving force behind this business is the owner's passion, who goes out of his way to ensure his customers have a wonderful experience.

I came with a group of friends to eat meat. To our great surprise, we found the meat to be of remarkable quality, a variety of Italian and exotic meats, fantastic cuts, tender, and cooked without producing polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (no one takes this into account). A great surprise in Turin!! We'll be back.

I came with a colleague to this restaurant in Turin, specializing in specialty meats, from crocodile to zebra, and even kangaroo. I ordered a sandwich with Angus beef. The meat was really good, but the bread, unfortunately, wasn't up to par; it tasted like the packaged kind you get at a supermarket (like Conad). I would recommend using a more artisanal bread, or one suited to the quality of the meat. The atmosphere is rather simple, average. The service, however, was professional and courteous. The explanations about the different meats and the complimentary aperitif were much appreciated. As for the prices, the meat prices seemed fair, but the wines were a bit overpriced. A bottle of Ceci worth around €5-6 shouldn't be offered for €20, and €8 for a glass is excessive. Of course, everyone sets their own prices, but a small rebalancing would make the experience more coherent. In short, the meat was excellent, the service was friendly, but the bread and wine prices could use some rethinking.

A gem of quality, this restaurant is absolutely fantastic. From appetizer to dessert. Attentive service, excellent meats, absolutely perfect side dishes. A little paradise for meat lovers and those curious to discover exotic flavors. We had a wonderful time, eating like kings and queens. I absolutely recommend this restaurant, with excellent service, top-notch craft beers, and everything else they bring to your table. A must-try experience if you love good food.

It's not just a simple dinner. It's an experience to be enjoyed. We chose the tasting menu precisely so we could sample the meats available. From the crocodile to the bison, ordered by intensity and flavor. Particularly interesting is the progression of intensity and flavor from one tasting to the next. Nothing is left to chance. From the appetizers, to the cured meats (I was impressed by the goose!), to the vegetables, and even the unexpected dessert: a panna cotta without gelatine!! If you're looking for a truly unique and unexpected dinner, definitely try it! P.S. The owner, in addition to overseeing the service, the cooking of the meats, and the detailed explanations, leads and guides you through the tasting experience, allowing just the right amount of time. Highly recommended!!!

There are so many positive things to say about this restaurant. Last night I went to Cot Cos with other people, six of us in total. I must say right away that you enter a very welcoming, original place. You are welcomed by the owner and his wife, and we immediately felt at home. The food was amazing, served and explained with care, even passion, by the owner. The beers and wine were superb! The meat was delicious. I absolutely recommend this place; I will be back. It was truly a much-appreciated experience.

06/03/2026: Simply the best place to enjoy a peaceful evening with excellent food. We stumbled upon this place almost by accident. The window display was clean and tidy, and the menu displayed was authentic local cuisine. As soon as we entered, we were greeted with a smile, and the hostess was genuinely kind and courteous. It was clear they care about the individual, even more than the customer. Here, you're pampered from start to finish. The atmosphere was beautiful, serene, with just the right amount of soft lighting to relax your eyes. Pleasant background music played, at just the right volume to accompany the meal but not overbearing, without interrupting conversation at the table. The menu immediately seemed very appealing, with all the dishes definitely worth trying. We opted for a Piedmontese tasting (veal with tuna sauce, ravioli del plin, and braised beef), and to try the rest, we were also tempted by a platter featuring Fassona beef tartare, sausage tartare, and a sliced ​​steak with Piedmontese cheese crostine. Each dish was a delight for the eyes, but even more so for the palate. Each dish seemed so good, flavorful, and perfect that it was impossible for the next to surpass even the most optimistic expectations. Every bite had all the traditional flavors, perfectly balanced and expertly enhanced by the perfect aromas and seasonings. Between courses, a conversation exchanged with genuine human warmth, a smile, something that wasn't the usual pretense of so many places that treat customers with cold and feigned courtesy. Here, the smiles are genuine, the care for the guest genuine and heartfelt. The sausage tartare: a revelation. Not that the Fassona one was any less. A dish that was an experience more than a meal. The veal with tuna sauce, made the old-fashioned way, as the hostess explained to us. Something to try. No mayonnaise... All flavor and substance. Spectacular. The ravioli were "simply" perfect. The pasta was just thick, but perfectly pleasant, cooked evenly. The filling was enhanced by the pasta. You can tell everything is homemade, with top-quality ingredients and expert craftsmanship, and they love to create masterpieces. Sliced ​​beef and braised beef... Two excellent meat dishes, simple but expertly executed, each forkful an explosion of flavor. The desserts, once again, are astonishing in their excellence and flavor. A "simple" pear cooked in wine resting on Piedmontese ricotta (something superlative) and a torronata, a nougat cake covered in hot chocolate, resting on a bed of fruit. Here too, one surprise after another, with every forkful. Unfortunately, we live far from Turin... Otherwise, we'd always come back here. Kindness, courtesy, affection, raw ingredients, and culinary skill come together in a place where you can peacefully spend a moment away from the world... What can I say? Thank you, the hostess, the chef, and the team... Besides the excellent dinner, you gave us a wonderful evening. Thank you so much.
06/03/2026: My husband and I arrived at the restaurant and were greeted kindly by the staff, who immediately seated us and recommended the menu. I ordered the Piedmontese tasting menu, which I highly recommend. The portions were just right, and the quality was excellent. The braised beef was incredibly tender. The ravioli del plin were delicious; the delicate filling paired beautifully with the creamy parmesan cheese. Vegetarian options are also available. We'll definitely be back.
