All positive in the experience....the only sore point, not dependent on the structure, are the nearby church bells that ring day and NIGHT!!!

Excellent discovery, enchanting location, sublime dishes with excellent attention to intolerances and perfect service! The desserts are a little expensive but they are worth it. After 2 years I can only confirm the excellent service and quality of the food! The braised veal cheek and the plin are absolutely worth trying!

We stayed one evening over the weekend. The location is truly beautiful, on the hill, in a truly characteristic small village. My reservation, made regularly on the site, did not appear. Although I had also called the day before to make sure of the matter, everything was treated a little too dismissively. Being submerged by greenery, unfortunately it was easy to find small animals inside the room. The restaurant is also very nice, it's a shame that the plin agnolotti in handkerchief turned out to be too dry.

Location in a quiet village in the Roero 10 minutes from Alba. Beautiful panorama. Welcoming, family environment. Spacious room and comfortable, new bathroom. Unfortunately there is no TV and in a village that doesn't offer much you feel the lack.

20/08/2025: Great place to eat well without breaking the bank. Superb focaccia, especially the one with lard. Excellent pizzas and desserts, the crespelle are superb. The bünet is also very good. The staff are kind and friendly, although unfortunately they don't have much time given how crowded it is. Being in a pedestrian area, there's no parking nearby. You can park, with a bit of luck, 150 meters away on the main road. Reservations aren't possible; you have to make a reservation and wait for a call. Some evenings, you have to wait more than half an hour, but I think it's always worth it.
18/08/2025: A motorbike ride from Sanremo to Limone and a really good lunch.

07/05/2025: If you pay attention to the substance and are not scared by the entrance of the place which is a little retro like its interior, then you are in the right place. I found the staff very kind and helpful, I thank Guglielmina and her sister Paola for making us feel at home, as if we were at a family lunch. We started from the appetizers, really good and genuine, with the encore, to move on to the first course, homemade lasagna. As a second course we enjoyed some excellent lamb, truly tender and tasty, it literally melted in your mouth, accompanied by potatoes. The dessert was spectacular: a trio of three desserts with a beautiful, truly fresh final fruit salad. There was no shortage of coffee with a generous glass of grappa. For wine we had some barbera and some dolcetto. If you happen to be in the area I highly recommend it, don't forget to book and remember that the place is closed on Saturdays.
