I review less and less often, but Consorzio is worth suggesting. Discovered thanks to a suggestion from the owner of the apartment where we stayed, I then looked into it further, noting that it is also suggested by the Michelin guide as a place to eat typical Piedmontese cuisine. True, and false. The subject is typical Piedmontese cuisine, the style aims to enhance it by modernizing it or with courageous intuitions. A high-level dinner from starter to dessert, all accompanied by a white wine that I would never have chosen on its own and which enhanced every flavour. Intense flavors that often recover less noble parts such as marrow, kidneys, brain, heart, cockscomb, etc. Optimal.

In Turin for work. Beautiful day, with warm sun, clear sky. Everything went right. So I treated myself to a lunch in this restaurant with my clients. Cozy, warm, homely atmosphere. Excellent food (the marrow superb). Absolutely worth trying

Good food, better the fried egg than the risotto which I found a little too rich and tasty. The wine list is excellent but prices are a little high.

Nice environment, very casual-chic. Wide wine selection, with many natural wines and refined orange wines. YUMMY food, but be careful! If you are not fond of tasting particular parts of animals (marrow, heart, offal, entrails, etc.) the choice narrows down considerably. The staff were friendly and kind, with a particular eye for detail and truly super knowledgeable. In conclusion, highly recommended!

My daughter and I, having arrived after a 4-hour train journey, without a reservation and "taken" there by the Lonely Planet guide and the various positive reviews, were a little perplexed by the outside of the restaurant, we were expecting something more refined, more captivating, taking into account that we had difficulty understanding whether the restaurant was closed or open. We went in and were actually greeted a little coldly upon hearing the news that we didn't have a reservation, but they made us sit down, allowed us to leave our suitcases in a secluded place and from there the atmosphere changed. We tasted various dishes, an excellent combination of tradition, innovation and quality of raw materials. We apologized for not drinking wine and not being able to appreciate their wine list. Everything was of the highest standard in terms of taste, very satisfying. The atmosphere was also pleasant, the service was courteous, at times even friendly and smiling, and the presence of several other diners was also quick and calm, all of whom seemed satisfied. I was delighted by the "Caramelized brioche bread with hay ice cream". Superlative. I didn't take photos, it seemed out of place, the atmosphere is not excessively formal, but elegant. Price not cheap, but in line with the offer.

Impeccable cuisine, service and ambience. I spent a truly pleasant evening eating excellent traditional dishes that were exciting and not at all banal. Compliments!!!

MUST TRY!!! You can't go to Turin and stop here, obviously you need a reservation. DINNER When you enter the restaurant you already understand that you will have a good evening also because the hospitality of the staff reigns supreme. They are prepared in explaining the dishes and also ready to have a chat without however invading the customer. The food. What to say. Nothing. The dishes speak for themselves from starters to desserts. I was really happy.

¡Fue una experiencia increíble! Tuve la oportunidad de probar el menú degustación con el maridaje de vinos y wow! El personal es increíble y amable, y la comida te deja boquiabierto por la calidad! Maridaje de vino con vino natural que no suelo ser muy fan, pero esta selección fue perfecta y sin fallos! Recomiendo encarecidamente este lugar!

Espacio encantador, muy acogedor. Fuimos a almorzar y fuimos los únicos ‘turistas’ en el comedor. La comida es tradicional piemontesa, pero se actualiza maravillosamente. Compartimos un antipasto de anchoas fritas que estaba delicioso y muy bien presentado. El Angolotti era perfecto. Recomiendo encarecidamente.

Caffé Di...Vino

26/12/2024: Dinner on 12/20/2024 The restaurant, located in Collegno, in an area that is inconvenient for parking but not very far from the Paradiso metro station, is small in size and has walls that host a blow-up of the Great Bull. The tables, due to the type of venue, are discreetly spaced apart and the acoustic comfort, at least on the evening of our dinner, is such as to allow us to talk easily with the diners. Let's get to the kitchen: burgers cooked as per instructions and well stuffed, Nebbiolo sausage with beans and baked potatoes (Sioux) which satisfied my diner and crispy and dry fried potatoes. The breaded steak (Klondike gold) deserves a separate discussion, which, as well as being characterized by some fibrous shoots and a little too thin (and therefore a little dry) it gave me the impression of being cooked in already used oil (I don't think butter), resulting in the taste of the meat being dominated and altered by that of the breading and the not very pleasant taste of the oil. Unmemorable bulk prosecco. Courteous staff and quick service. All in all, an economical account. Rating: 7
26/12/2024: Cena del 20/12/2024 Il locale, ubicato a Collegno, in zona scomoda per il parcheggio ma non molto distante dalla stazione Paradiso della metropolitana, si presenta di piccole dimensioni e con le pareti che accolgono una gigantografia del Grande Toro. I tavoli, per la tipologia di locale, sono discretamente distanziati tra loro ed il comfort acustico, almeno nella serata della nostra cena, tale da consentire di parlare agevolmente con i commensali. Veniamo alla cucina: hamburger cotti come da indicazioni e ben farciti, salsiccia al nebbiolo con fagioli e patate al forno (Sioux) che ha soddisfatto il mio commensale e patate fritte croccanti e asciutte. Un discorso a parte merita la bistecca impanata (oro del Klondike), la quale, oltre che caratterizzata da alcuni tralci fibrosi e un po’ troppo sottile (e quindi un po’ asciutta) mi ha dato l’impressione di essere cotta in olio (non credo burro) già usato, risultando per questo motivo il gusto della carne sovrastato ed alterato da quello dell’impanatura e da quello non molto gradevole dell’olio. Prosecco sfuso non memorabile. Personale cortese e servizio rapido. Conto tutto sommato economico. Voto: 7
