A restaurant with beautiful, cozy, and intimate decor that makes you want to spend some time there.
The menu is well-designed and offers very good dishes. Whether it was the dessert or the pasta dish ordered, the flavors and quality of the ingredients were spot on.
Unlike the staff... whether on the phone or during service; unfriendly, unprofessional, unfriendly, and so on.
They even took the liberty of mocking/commenting on the fact that my guest only wanted dessert.
If we had received a better welcome, we would have gone to the trouble of ordering more. But given the welcome, our appetite was no longer there.

Third experience in this restaurant and although the opinion remains positive I think it was also the last. The choice of food is increasingly towards the fifth quarter pieces but the prices remain those of quality pieces. Ditto wine with an excessive choice of organic products that are difficult to appreciate and certainly not given as gifts or of high quality but very expensive labels. Service a little rough and very courteous: we are all friends and companions but I don't pay like a piola. In general the flaw is precisely this: if you play at being the people's tavern you can't make me pay like in a real restaurant. Ps I added a star to the rating so as not to lower the average because mine is meant to be a criticism to improve even if they have a queue outside of people who pay 40 euros for a grignolino

Be aware that most dishes include offal (innards). Food is heavy and rich. Setting a bit dark and gloomy.

The Consorzio restaurant is the perfect balance between tradition and innovation of Piedmontese cuisine. The raw meat and the financiera ravioli are simply exceptional, but every dish tried was a pleasant discovery, enhanced by a well-thought-out selection of wines. The environment is welcoming, original and with attention to detail. The service is impeccable: kind, attentive and able to immediately put you at ease. A real fixed stop every time I pass through Turin. Super recommended!

Espacio encantador, muy acogedor. Fuimos a almorzar y fuimos los únicos ‘turistas’ en el comedor. La comida es tradicional piemontesa, pero se actualiza maravillosamente. Compartimos un antipasto de anchoas fritas que estaba delicioso y muy bien presentado. El Angolotti era perfecto. Recomiendo encarecidamente.
