Beautiful and cozy place, with traditional Piemontese dishes and a creative twist that I really appreciated. Antipasti and first courses were very good, but prices are quite high for the overall experience, and the meat in the second course, especially the lamb, did not taste fresh and was difficult to eat.

We had dinner and really enjoyed the first courses, which were very well-prepared. Unfortunately, the second courses weren't convincing: my braised beef consisted of two slices of meat with different consistencies, one very tender and the other tougher, probably the result of two different preparations. The pork belly was also quite tough, and overall, it wasn't a popular dish. The atmosphere was lovely and convivial, and the service was good and attentive.

We visited several restaurants in Alba and Turin recommended by the Michelin Guide. Unfortunately, this was the worst experience of them all.
First, the good points: The cuisine is somewhat experimental and dares to combine unusual ingredients. The waiter from Scandinavia was very friendly and positive. Overall, the food tasted good, and the prices were reasonable.
The reservation process is particularly frustrating; requiring credit card details is truly ridiculous at this price point.
The service was unfortunately unfriendly at times, and we didn't feel comfortable at all.
The ambiance tries to be casual, but the chairs are more like those in a beer garden and very uncomfortable.
The kitchen is experimental, but unfortunately, this doesn't always work. One dessert was truly awful; the gnocchi had far too much pepper.
All in all, the restaurant tries to be much more than it actually is.

Most of the team were very kind and sweet, though our main waiter was quite practical and didn’t really provide a full hosting experience.
Additionally, we ordered a dessert that never arrived. When it came time to pay, we were left with the card machine and no one assisted us in completing the payment.
For this level of cuisine and reputation, I would have expected a smoother, more attentive service. That said, credit goes to the kitchen staff for their excellent work and the high level of gastronomic awareness

Tradition and innovation, a restaurant where you can eat well, choosing from a modest menu that combines classics like tajerin with new dishes like tagliatelle with heart-shaped ragù. The crispy egg and chestnut ravioli are excellent. The desserts are also delicious, whether caramelized brioche or melon sorbet. The restaurant is dimly lit. Prices are moderately high. The floor is cobblestone. The tables are spacious, though quite close together, and are set with a proper tablecloth and napkin. Professional staff.

A real favorite! Recommended by the Red Guide, and it's truly flawless!
First of all, the restaurant itself is beautiful, with a superb, intimate decor, subdued lighting, and the dishes are magnificent throughout the meal. Then the welcome was excellent, and the service was efficient and attentive!
Finally, the food: bravo, chef! I congratulated her out loud, and it's excellent on the plate. Daring flavor combinations, and it works! A real treat!
Overall: top-notch and a great time, so let's go!
