Excellent restaurant with carefully prepared dishes and very friendly staff. The farinata ravioli are excellent, and for lamb lovers, I recommend the grilled lamb belly.

A very welcoming restaurant in the center of Turin. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Delicious, tasty dishes with unusual combinations and prepared with quality ingredients. Average/high prices. My only suggestion to improve the experience is to add a little more light to the dining room, which I find a bit too dark.

An excellent restaurant during my visit to Turin. The dishes offered were classic Turin fare with some very welcome twists. The beef heart ragu was very flavorful. The ravioli were probably the best I had in Turin. The pasta was firm and the filling wasn't dry. The lamb tripe was a delightful surprise. The service was pleasant and offered excellent advice on wine and food.

I enjoyed every course. The prices aren't exactly cheap, but they're reasonable for what they offer. The wine list is a plus.

Highly recommended. We came for lunch, the food and wine were better than our expectations. A unique gem. The staff were could not have been better and there knowledge and passion for food and drink really showed.

Visited Consorzio while on a business trip an we welcomed warmly on arrival. We had no booking but that was no trouble. The service was really excellent and the food was pretty special. Genuinely loved the we were treated in this place and therefore giving a full 5 stars. Would highly recommend.

We had the most perfect lunch here. The food was incredible, hard to imagine a better risotto anywhere. The wine list is superb, and staff were very hospitable. Loved the room too, such a relaxing place to spend a few hours.
