A real favorite! Recommended by the Red Guide, and it's truly flawless!
First of all, the restaurant itself is beautiful, with a superb, intimate decor, subdued lighting, and the dishes are magnificent throughout the meal. Then the welcome was excellent, and the service was efficient and attentive!
Finally, the food: bravo, chef! I congratulated her out loud, and it's excellent on the plate. Daring flavor combinations, and it works! A real treat!
Overall: top-notch and a great time, so let's go!

A wonderful discovery!
Interesting offerings and delicious dishes! The visual appeal of the dishes is tempting...and we weren't disappointed when we tasted them, with distinct flavors.
For a price that's still very reasonable for the cuisine on offer, we can't recommend this restaurant highly enough!

A very pleasant atmosphere, soft lighting, and high-quality food—this premise is a must when reviewing this place. The €50 deposit required for a reservation is a bit annoying; I found it excessive, to say the least. That said, the place is charming, the service attentive, the wines excellent, and the dishes excellent. I had a trio of meats, the lemon-marinated and breaded leg of lamb standing out. Next came the nettle plin, also very good, but both dishes lacked the wow factor I was expecting. The bill was a bit high: two dishes and a glass of wine came to €47. I'll be back and try some other dishes that inspire me.

Let's start with the important things: the food is very good. The menu features many unique dishes that aren't usually easy to find. The Cod and Marrow and the Ravioli Finanziera were executed perfectly.
But, in a restaurant of this caliber, hospitality is just as important as the cuisine, and in this regard, the Consortium was a disappointment.
The pre-arrival experience requires a €50 deposit per person. Irritating in Manhattan, in Turin it's more ridiculous. I even saw the head waiter turn away a guest who arrived out of breath, after getting lost, 35 minutes before closing, while the kitchen was still in full swing. This kind of behavior is unacceptable in high-end restaurants.
Final verdict: good, but not pleasant.
