Hello, great place. Underrated in my opinion. But highly recommended. I absolutely recommend it.

We went for a simple pizza. The place seemed welcoming, with a nice design on the walls. The girl who served us was very kind and first brought us some excellent bruschetta. The pizza is just how I like it: classic, with low edges, slightly thick and firm crust, perfectly cooked and evenly topped. The mozzarella was soft right down to the last slice. Above all, it was light and easy to digest, unlike 90% of pizzas nowadays with those huge, flabby tubes instead of edges, which make you feel bloated and heavy as soon as you leave the table, with the stuff rising in your stomach all night. A special mention: I'm delighted to see they serve 0.66 pint beer, which is now hard to find in pizzerias downtown (since they make less money). Prices are moderately low (€25 for two pizzas and a 0.66 pint beer). I'll be back to try the food.

A very unusual place, a bit hidden now due to the tram construction. The waiters aren't exactly cheerful, but I have to say the food is very good, and they bring you a bruschetta as a welcome treat. Truly excellent value!

Nothing pretentious, it's a restaurant for those who want to spend little and don't have many demands, all in all except the tripe it was quite satisfactory.

The meat is simply sublime, truly one of the best I've eaten in recent memory. The fried polenta also deserves a special mention: crispy, tasty, and absolutely irresistible. The ambiance isn't five-star, and perhaps it doesn't impress at first glance, but the quality of the steak I ate far surpasses that of many more aesthetically pleasing restaurants.

Time has stood still here in the '80s. The staff is also good, the food is good, the first courses are good, and the pizza is good and crispy. The bruschetta starter is a great idea, and it's very popular. The place is a bit nostalgic, but I liked it and recommend it.

19/03/2026: We stayed here in mid-March and were very impressed overall. Our room was spacious and clean, with a good blackout too. There was complimentary bottled water in the fridge, and some nice toiletries too and free slippers. Noise from other rooms and from the corridor was minimal. Unlike other reviewers, we did not find the hotel dated (and we have stayed in many Italian and European hotels over the years). The staff were very helpful, both at checkin/out, and in the restaurant. We arrived in Bologna Centrale by train, so a taxi was the cheapest way of getting to the hotel early evening (as the hotel clearly advertises, the complimentary mini bus does not run all day). We did use the minibus in the morning to get to the airport for our flight. We ate in the hotel in the evening and the food quality was very good, even if the service was slow. We also had breakfast and it was impressive, with a good range of cold and hot food. We would certainly consider staying here again if in Bologna - thanks to all concerned for a comfortable stay!
09/03/2026: Great location near the airport. Friendly staff, efficient check in and exit. Food at the restaurant better than expected, Ragu was yummy! Free parking. Parking was safe. Bed a bit soft for me.

15/09/2025: Overall, a positive experience (though not exceptional). The rooms, while not "fresh," were still nice and spacious, with a view, at least those not facing the main road. We had a good dinner, although the menu wasn't extensively varied, but it was certainly sufficient in terms of variety. Breakfast didn't live up to the dinner standard; the quality was mediocre. The owners were friendly and helpful, as was the woman we found waiting tables in the morning; it's a shame the same can't be said for the person who served us at dinner (really rude, impolite, and rude)—a real boor.
22/08/2025: I stopped in for dinner after a business dinner. The owner and staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the food was good, with homemade pasta dishes. I highly recommend the location, which offers a beautiful view while dining on the terrace.
