The chef between philosopher and poet.... gives birth to dishes worthy of a Nobel Prize in chemistry in the kitchen. Conclusion Michelin experience at affordable prices of a good restaurant 👍🏻 I went back recently, the prices have skyrocketed!

Very pleasant experience both for the delicious food (the spaghettoni were worth a second or third and the pre-dessert cannoli were a delicious surprise) and for the exceptional, discreet and precise service. I add 5 stars for the welcome and the interesting conversations with the chef Mario and the pastry chef Giovanni. And you can't leave without buying their award-winning dessert, the Albenzola: truly exquisite! Finished in a day and a half! One more reason to come back 🤗

A fairytale restaurant, right from the moment you welcome you you immediately notice the elegance and refinement of the place, immersed in a breathtaking landscape. The tables overlook a spectacular window, the view is breathtaking, very exciting. The room is intimate and you are "pampered" throughout the dinner. Special and delicious dishes, you can see a lot of attention to the quality of the food and the precision with which it is served. We took advantage of the Smartbox and couldn't have chosen better! It's a real culinary experience that you absolutely must try! Exceptional hospitality even for four-legged friends!

Bellissima location, tra le migliori della bergamasca, le ampie vetrate sulla pianura bergamasca, le luci soffuse e la musica di sottofondo fanno del ristorante Collina un posto veramente incantevole. Il personale giovane e forse ancora un po impacciato mentre la coppia dei titolari molto simpatici, cordiali, ci hanno fatto sentire a nostro agio, è stato un servizio informale ma di livello, come piace a me. Cibo buono, ben presentato, gusti delicati e ben bilanciati, veramente ottimi gli gnocchi di pane con tartufo e fonduta di taleggio così come l'anguilla alla brace, bella saporita e per nulla grassa. È stata una bellissima esperienza sicuramente da ripetere, soprattutto per le tre ore che abbiamo passato in totale relax degustando buon vino e mangiando buon cibo.
