Very well located place. Service in several languages and typical local menu. Fresh and very good product. Highly recommended. We ate mortadella with cheese and pistachio, a pasta stuffed with green sauce and a type of tagliatelle with a typical local sauce (friggione, made with onion).

Locale turistico da centro storico che si distingue per piatti realmente tipici e ben fatti, un arredamento mixato tra bar/trattoria/osteria contemporanea.
Forse con una identità un po’ confusa ma i piatti sanno comunque il fatto loro.
Personale cortese e, nel limite del possibile visto il momento, preciso ed abbastanza rapido.
Prezzi degli antipasti un po’ sopra le righe per la quantità e vini un po’ costosi.
Primi e secondi piatti onesti sia nelle porzioni che nel costo.
Bagni da rivedere un poco.
Sicuramente consigliato per il centro di Bologna.

We had lunch at Clavature because we wanted a tortellini in broth. Well... it was spot on... we ate above expectations... the platter with tigelle and local cured meats was excellent... I won't forget the tortellino. The only flaw The coffee is so-so...

A cool store I found in a pretty alley. I saw that there were no customers at the outdoor tables, so I looked and saw that there were many tables inside the restaurant. The mushroom cream torttileni and Bolognese spaghetti were delicious and not too salty. If you want to eat dumplings, you should eat tortileni. The crispy bread of the bruschetta had a great texture, and although there was little basil, it was refreshing. The staff were pleasant and friendly, and the interior of the restaurant was cozy and neat.

I was in Bologna on Tuesday with some friends to visit the city, time and time again, it was time for lunch. Among the streets we saw this restaurant and went in. We ordered a platter of cold cuts and balanzoni. At the end of lunch we ordered a chocolate cake. What can I say all very good. Bologna is the city of mortadella and it couldn't be otherwise. Who knows, maybe we'll come back again.

I ordered a pasta with tomato and a juice and everything was rich and delicious, I highly recommend it and the waiters are very friendly
