I've been frequenting this place regularly for a year now, averaging once a month; there's never been a moment where the quality has dropped below my usual level. Excellent, high-quality food, well-crafted and prepared, and reasonably priced. Highly recommended!

Completely renovated, very spacious and bright. Ordering is done via tablet: you can order 5 dishes per person every 8 minutes. Very fast service, friendly and helpful staff. Good prices. Recommended!

I recently ate at Asian Fusion Nuova Stella and I have to say it was a truly fantastic experience! The restaurant is modern, clean, and meticulously maintained. It's obvious it's been renovated, creating a truly pleasant atmosphere. The sushi is excellent: fresh fish, beautifully presented dishes, and truly balanced flavors. The sashimi in particular is spectacular, incredibly fresh, and melts in your mouth. The menu is varied, with many interesting options beyond the classic sushi. Perfect for those who want to play it safe or try something different. The service was fast, and the staff was friendly and helpful, always ready to help and advise. The price/quality ratio was also excellent considering the quality of the food and the overall experience. Definitely one of the best sushi restaurants in the area. I'll definitely be back! 🍣🔥

New and clean place, excellent food and reasonable prices

I went there for dinner on Valentine's Day 2026. The food was good, the wine was good, and the service was excellent. You order from a tablet provided by the staff. Since it was Valentine's Day, it was themed, decorated with little hearts, and there was a heart-shaped candle with a chocolate on the table. I'd go again 🥂

Excellent all-you-can-eat Chinese-Japanese restaurant. The ingredients all seemed fresh, and they served us quickly. The wait staff was friendly.

Really nice place, excellent food with a good value, super friendly staff. We came from Pesaro to try the best sushi experience, and I have to say, it's a fantastic idea!!! Congratulations to everyone!
