Ristorante Cinese Gui Lin In Vicenza

A la carte food, but at an excellent price and plentiful dishes. Very good and tasty dishes. Good service but sometimes slow, nice and warm environment. Often also taken as a takeaway. Favorite dish: Steamed xiao lung bao and the various soups are also very good.

Good quality traditional food. The atmosphere needs to be lightened up a bit but still intimate. The price/quality ratio is average. The "all eat you can" method at midday could encourage greater attendance.

This is a nice place to dine at. I ate a few different dishes and was not disappointed. I would recommend to eat here if you are looking for a good price and good food.

From the outside the place doesn't inspire much, also considering the area is not at the TOP. The interior is nice though. They tell me the place has been open for many many years: rare for this type of place, which is very much in their favor. Real Chinese restaurant, not converted into mix sushi etc etc. Another point in their favor. Very rich menu, good prices, good quality of the dishes too. Staff a bit cold so from that point of view it can be improved, but it's not a bad place.

Excellent quality of food at competitive prices. The service is valid. At environmental level: the aquarium under the floor is very particular.

On my way back from the province of Verona to Treviso, I decide to have a Chinese lunch and looking on Google Maps I find myself in Vicenza, at the Gui Lin Chinese Restaurant, let's go by points as always: Parking ☆☆☆ unfortunately, being in a main avenue of Vicenza and at lunchtime, there are no reserved places, it is not easy to find parking Exterior ☆☆☆ the 3 external windows are rather anonymous, although it is clear that it is a Chinese restaurant thanks to the typical decorations Interior ☆☆☆☆☆ Stupendous is not much... a wonderful aquarium with white and red carp acts as the floor for several square meters of the room... the furnishings are typical of this type of place, everything is very tidy and clean. Service ☆☆ Insufficient, a big gap for two reasons: - the service worker is a gentleman of around 40 years of age who is seriously lacking in communication with customers, cold, zero empathy - the courses all arrived at the same time, so as they were enjoyed, the others became cold Menu ☆☆☆☆☆ Very extensive, complete, varied although the cuisine is faithfully traditional Chinese, the representative photographs of the dishes are very appreciable... zero technology. Bring ☆☆☆☆ - Spring rolls, good, made by them - Sweet and sour vegetable soup, lots of water but unfortunately not much sweet and sour - Rice dumplings with vegetables, good but could be improved, the dumplings were not cooked to the right point - Mushrooms and bamboo, good, tasty, well done Account ☆☆☆☆ There is not even a fixed menu formula at LUNCH, nor an all you can eat option, this certainly does not make it easier for customers. For the above dishes, with a 66 Chinese beer and a coffee, I paid €23. Conclusion ☆☆☆ as a regular visitor and reviewer of Asian restaurants, I must say that the Gui Lin Chinese Restaurant in Vicenza still has some work to do to reach a good average... it is out of line with the market although it can count on a truly pleasant environment and a menu varied but the public when it comes to restaurants wants to eat well and the competition, as far as Asian cuisine is concerned, is very competitive.

The food is very good because it is made by expert Chinese and the ingredients seem very fresh. The service isn't the best because my uncle ordered an appetizer and it arrived as we were leaving. The environment is not pleasant because the tables are very close together and if you go on the weekend there is a lot of noise, but I recommend it if you want to take it away or take it home.

Torno sempre volentieri in questo ristorante, gestito con professionalità dagli storici proprietari. La qualità del cibo è sempre top, forse qualche aumento dei prezzi, ma tutto sommato nella norma. La serata è trascorsa piacevolmente, con gli ottimi sapori della vera cucina cinese. Consigliatissimo.

Ristorante che da fuori si presenta come un classico ristorante cinese ma dentro trova spazio per tanti posti a sedere, una atmosfera con musica e arredo tradizionali. Cucina solo cinese, porzioni abbondanti. Un elogio sopratutto per i ravioli che vengono preparati a mano dalla titolare, strepitosi! Servizio giovane, veloce e cordiale. Secondo noi il miglior ristorante cinese di Vicenza, sicuramente torneremo presto!
