One of the best restaurants in the area where you can eat very well, there are some fabulous dishes, the Easter menu is very rich with its first course sautéed asparagus with poached egg. the second with the carpaccio with fresh champignons is flakes of Montefaldo, (photo 1) for after the unmistakable bruscandoli risotto, the kid with soft saffron potatoes is field radicchio (photo 2) is the soft heart 🍫 pie is fresh bread (photo 3). I went as a break before a meeting, very knowledgeable and smiling staff, like family. The room is elegant with relaxing background music, a menu with local and selected products and above all a lot of friendliness. I recommend it for the quality of the food, for the pairings, for the few wines selected based on experience and not for wholesale. In short... in the Chiampo valley, an example of great professionalism.

Fantastic! I ate the "pilgrim" starter which had salmon trout with ricotta mousse flavored with lemon, creamed cod with croutons on a bed of mixed salad and slices of polenta with sardines in saor, an encore of first courses with gnocchi with black truffle and artisanal tortelli with Fiolaro broccoli creamed with smoked trout, Belgian butter and mountain ricotta and millefeuille for dessert. Everything was delicious and with attention to detail, the presentation of the dishes was fantastic, the service was impeccable and the staff were friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place to taste some culinary sins ❤️
