Just steps from the Chiampo Sanctuary and with ample parking, the Al Pellegrino bar and restaurant is a warm and welcoming place where you can enjoy excellent food and excellent service.

I've been for dinner both for a risotto-themed evening and for a Valentine's Day menu. Everything was delicious, well-prepared, with attentive and courteous service. I recommend it for both couples and groups.

We stopped initially for coffee, and returned for lunch thanks to the exquisite courtesy of the staff. The homemade chestnut flour fettuccine with mushrooms and smoked ricotta and the truffle gnocchi were excellent. We finished with a delicious traditional tiramisu. The staff were always courteous and attentive: they even brought us gluten-free breadsticks after we asked about the dishes. Bravo!

23/12/2025: Nice place (from what I understand, it's under new management, but I'm not mistaken), excellent food (obviously meat-based, but the first course with "spungoi" mushrooms was truly sublime), the rib-eye steak Sashi was truly delicious, as were the various side dishes. Recommended appetizers, desserts could use a little work, but they're decent, and a good wine selection. The only real drawback is the parking lot; if you have a low or wide car, avoid the one upstairs. Definitely worth returning, though.

10/05/2026: Recommended by a friend for the cod. Nothing to say, it was very good. I'd reconsider the side dishes and their prices. I think 8 euros for two artichoke bottoms, Venetian-style artichokes, is honestly too much. I also need to reconsider the roast potato dish. You might say, "But those are the side dishes." Okay, but the side dishes are what drive up the prices. Too bad.
26/04/2026: I ate very well, maybe it's a little expensive but cod is expensive!
