Ristorante Cin Cin In Palermo

We had the most wonderful morning with chef Vincenzo! He gave us a private street food tour at the Capo market, taught us about Sicilian culture and food, and we got to learn how to prepare a Sicilian meal at his restaurant and enjoy it. He is an amazing teacher and host. This was one of our favorite experiences on our honeymoon! Highly recommend!!

The food and wine was superb. The owner, Vincenzo, was friendly and accommodating. I enjoyed talking with him about the dishes and their preparation. The restaurant is in a safe part of town, and I was comfortable walking back to my hotel. Cin Cin is only open for groups and private parties. If you get a chance to be a part of either, you are in for a treat.

パレルモの街中にある、少し奥まった場所にありました。ツアーでランチに利用しましたが、イタリア料理のカポナータを食べました。シチリアの郷土料理でズッキーニやパプリカを使用し、白ワインビネガーと砂糖で煮込んだトマトベースの料理で美味しくいただきました。
