All this combined with the evident skill and passion of those in the kitchen, and the welcoming and friendly service in the dining room. Superbly stocked wine cellar. A Renewed Experience Worth Trying! I returned to Cial de Brent SRL after hearing about their renovation, and I must say the experience was truly exceptional. You can sense the 360-degree attention to detail. The cuisine is a riot of authentic flavors, with revisited traditional dishes and the freshest ingredients that reflect the local area. Each course was a delight, and you can see the care and passion behind every preparation. The ambiance has also been transformed: it's now much more welcoming, refined, and comfortable. The atmosphere is perfect for both a romantic dinner and a special occasion with friends or family. But what impressed me most was the service: the staff is extremely professional, attentive, and friendly. They make you feel pampered from the moment you walk in until you leave. Cial de Brent SRL has done an incredible job. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality culinary experience, where tradition and innovation meet in an impeccable setting. Absolutely not to be missed!

I don't usually frequent restaurants, especially at this level. I was pleasantly surprised. The location is spectacular, both the interior and the landscape outside. The service was friendly and attentive, despite the other rooms being set up for various events; great attention to detail. We ordered from the "menu of the day"; I don't know if there's an à la carte menu on other days. The food was very good, generous portions, and well-served. Found by chance at lunchtime, this nice place, well organized with a very respectable tourist menu at 15 euros and an a la carte menu full of good things. Had a great lunch, spent the right amount, good service.
