Good Erbazzone.......but better years ago they modified the recipe like the fried gnocco.......anyway quality and courtesy if you are in the area okay it's worth a stop

First thing to do, absolutely: taste the legendary homemade Erbazzone!!! Cozy bar in the center of Casina with a very wide and excellent quality offer. You can also eat (decent first and second courses) for lunch or have an excellent aperitif served in the summer expanse. Very nice staff and more than acceptable waiting times (consider the fact that there are often a lot of people to serve, at the counter or at the tables!).

Semi-disguised temple of one of the best Emilian herbazzoni ever. Soft and well-balanced filling, with thin pastry without falling into the background once in contact with the palate. Crossroads of Sunday cyclists, families and various aperitifs. In fact, the offer in this sense is also good, also thanks to the very welcome presence of the Select on the menu. Nice management and fair prices. A must!

03/08/2024: Good Roman cuisine even if you are not in Rome. Young, Italian chefs. Very nice and clean place.
28/07/2024: Stayed for a long weekend in July. Magical, quiet place nestled in the hills of Maremma, you can't hear a car and no noise except that of the birds. No mosquitoes or particularly annoying insects. Excellent exterior care. The rooms and exteriors have also been recently renovated. The rooms could be improved for soundproofing but honestly if there are polite people it is overcome. Worth noting is the floor-mounted air conditioning which gives a better sensation than the classic one. For the cuisine and products, well what can I say is unique and sublime. Absolutely recommended. Greetings from Giovanni Giulia and little Giordano from the Marche coast
