A little gem of a restaurant where Piedmontese cuisine is enriched with creativity, with a limited number of dishes, all of excellent quality. There were 3 of us for lunch and we all tasted really nice dishes. As a starter: the poached eggs with leeks, fondue and savory crumble were creamy and very tasty. As first courses we tried the ravioli al plin with fatty ox and pepper sauce and veal jus, simply spectacular, and the tajarin with chamois ragù were full of delicious seasoning. Among the second courses we tasted the rack of deer and the baked lamb, tender and tasty. For dessert, the paris-brest with hazelnut cream, meringue and caramel was a surprise, never tasted before. What can I say, everything was exceptional. Small place, best to book. Fair prices for excellent quality. Highly recommended!

Very welcoming, intimate environment, less than 20 pet friendly seats, with a menu that satisfies the palate right down to the last course. We chose: Creamed Carnaroli rice, pumpkin, gorgonzola, rosemary powder, pumpkin seeds Poached egg, fontina fondue, leeks, roasted chestnuts and savory crumble Poached egg, fontina fondue, leeks, savory crumble, white Alba truffle Paris-Brest, hazelnut cream, meringue and toffee Coffee cream, dark chocolate icing, apple paste Advised!

Locale molto carino e molto intimo, di quelli che piacciono a meno. Servizio veloce e gentile senza stress, cosa gradita. Cibo ottimo! Forse nell’uovo poche (super) metterei meno fornita sotto perché rimane tanto.. ma tutto fantasticamente eccezionale Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo! Cantina particolare ma loro sanno consigliare bene

Very nice and very intimate place, one of those that people like less. Fast and friendly service without stress, which was appreciated. Excellent food! Maybe in the egg a few (super) I would put less supplied underneath because there is so much left.. but all fantastically exceptional Excellent value for money! Particular cellar but they know how to advise well

Materie prime eccellenti, lavorate in maniera impeccabile. Porzioni generose, impiattamento elegante e raffinato. Uovo poché, Plin e Paris-Brest davvero notevoli. Bravi.
