Culinary experience in the Land of Motors, signed by Massimo Bottura
I recently went to the Cavallino Restaurant with friends for dinner.
Right from the start, upon entering the entrance, you perceive a refined but at the same time welcoming atmosphere, full of details that celebrate, in a revisited key, the charm of Maranello, in its indissoluble bond with the world of Ferrari.
The menu is varied and creative: the dishes are a combination of tradition and innovation, with ingredients and flavors balanced to perfection. The desserts look spectacular, especially the revisited trifle.
The service was impeccable: the staff is friendly, attentive and prepared to present each dish served.
The quality-price ratio is excellent for the quality of the experience offered.
I highly recommend it.
Congratulations to the entire Cavallino team and chef Bottura for having created such a beautiful place.

It is a Michellin star restaurant created by Enzo Ferrari...beautiful, high service, gourmet food. All that is great, but I enjoyed several meals in Bologna more...I'm not a foodie and like the Emillia-Romano traditional foods more than the gourmet take.

I went to the Cavallino restaurant for the second time, just opposite the historic Ferrari entrance.
If I was already amazed the first time, the second was confirmation.
Starting from the food, exceptional in its simplicity, truly executed by God, not to mention the wine pairings, something extravagant but wisely recommended.
The staff are impeccable, friendly and with the right touch of simplicity that makes you participate fully in the experience, never invasive and super friendly. Truly incredible.
