I have been going to this restaurant for years with friends and also for business dinners. It is a charming and welcoming place. The place is not always easy to find the first time but it is worth it. The owners are kind and exquisite people. Let's start with the menus, starting with the appetizers: cracklings, erbazzone, excellent first courses, green and pumpkin tortelli, as if homemade, starting from 10. Then try other first courses, all excellent. For the second courses, I recommend the mixed boiled meats, from cotechino, ribs and more, or the really good roasts with side dishes. To finish the desserts, the zuppa inglese is very good, without taking anything away from the other desserts. I recommend it. It is worth it. Be on a diet the day before so you can try a bit of everything. I have to give it a solid 10.

The real must-try is the boiled meat trolley. If you manage not to eat too many tortelli, which are excellent, a world of roasted and boiled delights opens up. The ideal place to discover and rediscover the flavors of Emilia's rural tradition.

We stayed in an agroturismo nearby and this restaurant was recommended, it was so lovely! The owners are adorable, the chef is very kind and she took the time to explain all the dishes. The food was truly delicious, the kind of dishes that are simple but exquisitely done. We paid 74€ for a whole bottle of white wine (very good), a primo piatti for each (pasta), buffet of delicious meat with vegetables and two deserts. It was a lovely evening for us on our honeymoon and we highly recommend this place. Thank you again!

Whether it is a first course or a second course, the quality and quantity are not lacking.
The service is very fast, and available to change some unwanted ingredients, all in a beautiful environment away from the chaos and surrounded by vegetation, recommended.

Qua è come entrare in una macchina del tempo,a pochi km da Reggio Emilia si può fare un tuffo nel passato!
Locale autentico rimasto intatto negli anni,sia come arredamento che come straordinaria proposta culinaria.Qua siamo in uno dei pochi posti dove si può ancora trovare un meraviglioso carrello dei bolliti e degli arrosti e il tutto con una qualità che definire sublime è riduttivo,sopra la media pure i tortelli verdi e le tagliatelle al ragù,cucina vera e concreta con pochi fronzoli ma tanta sostanza.
Era la nostra prima volta ma non sarà di sicuro l'ultima,cosa altresi importante il personale è cordiale ed attento e dulcis in fondo ottimi vini locali con prezzi più che onesti.
Rapporto qualità prezzo generale decisamente buono.
Torneremo senza ombra di dubbio!
