Absolutely a two-Michelin-star dinner. Heinz Beck's sous chef is the chef. The dishes are exceptional, ecstatic. An incredible experience.

What can I say... A special location, a village on the border between Tuscany and Umbria and Lazio, and the chef was on top of his game like never before in showcasing the local ingredients. The tasting was nothing short of exceptional. Each dish had something unique to offer, even the smallest bite. I would have said it was impossible to rank in order of goodness, because the extremely high quality of the suckling pig, the sea bass, and the scampi were all on par. But alas, all the courses had to capitulate in the face of the foie gras, an absolute masterpiece, an explosion of flavors, textures, and even temperatures, sublime, enhanced by the stellar pairing of the white wine we were offered... When you leave, the only thought is what the autumn menu will be like. Many thanks to the chef, the sommelier, and the entire team, young but truly knowledgeable, unobtrusive yet always present...

Nestled in the Siena countryside, in a splendid castle. The dinner was perfect, every course an explosion of flavor, with attention to every ingredient. The service was impeccable, attentive, and never intrusive. One of the best experiences I've ever had. Recommended for a treat for the heart and soul.

A wonderful culinary and tourist experience in an elegant and refined setting. Both the interior and exterior are beautiful and welcoming. The cuisine is refined but also very interesting, with the option of choosing à la carte or tasting dishes proposed by the chef. Excellent wine list. All in all, very beautiful. Must try!

Una noche especial de domingo – Este lugar merece su segunda estrella Los tres cenamos aquí un domingo por la noche, y honestamente, fue una de esas noches que no se olvidan pronto. El restaurante está escondido en la cima de una colina, dentro de un castillo antiguo – llegar allí significa un poco de un viaje accidentado por un camino pedregoso, pero realmente aumenta el encanto. Nos recibieron tan cálidamente, que se sentía más como visitar a los amigos que salir a comer. La terraza es hermosa, con un ambiente relajado, y la suave interpretación de jazz en el fondo establece el tono perfecto. Código de vestimenta? Super chill – sin necesidad de vestirse, simplemente ven como eres y disfruta.
