I was here as a photographer for this wonderful wedding. Usually when you work you remain totally invisible. But here professional people come into play, and the Michelin star is merely a confirmation of the harmony that reigns. In addition to being a culinary experience of the highest level, there is peace, joy, attention.

Tuvimos una cena inolvidable. Excelente comida, muy bien presentada. El chef y su equipo son dignos de elogio por crear tal armonía de sabor y ráfagas persistentes de delicioso sabor en cada plato. Todo parecía fácil, pero mucho trabajo y experimentación debió haber llevado a perfeccionar este menú inventivo. Muy recomendable.
Y todo el personal era muy cortés, amable y profesional.

The third time I savor the experience of this restaurant. I am in love with it: dishes created to tell a story, connected to the territory. Each dish tells a true story, never superfluous or exaggerated, always balanced and which amazes you with its colors and textures as well as its flavours. All conducted by a young, competent team that makes you feel good. Superlative wines. Impeccable service. Not to be missed and indeed to be supported.

The menu is a journey through flavours, each dish is a true work of art with attention to the smallest details in both appearance and taste. The combinations are original and well balanced, enhancing the freshness of the seasonal ingredients. The dining room staff is extremely professional and attentive to customer needs.

The Castello di Fighine restaurant was a real discovery. Located in an enchanting location, a culinary experience that goes beyond simple food, a balanced 7-course menu so you don't leave a place hungry. I will definitely go back.

Special arrangement lunch visit, incredible location, beautiful buildings. Simply amazing dining experience, tasting menu was superb, matched Italian wines equally so, staff impeccable. Simply put, exceptional, and worth a detour. Faultless.

Perché tornare in un ristorante già provato ed amato? Forse, in fondo, ritrovare quelle caratteristiche che vi hanno spinto a sceglierlo ancora! Ecco, siamo stati nel ristorante del Castello di Fighine 4 anni fa e già dal primo boccone abbiamo ritrovato tutto quello che avevamo già amato, maturato e migliorato! Piatti curatissimi nella presentazione, nell'estetica, nel bilancio dei gusti e nei giochi di consistenze! È stata una vera gioia tornare, complimenti a tutti voi!
