I hadn't eaten their risotto in years. Exceptional!!!

Well, I have to say the food is truly excellent. High-quality ingredients. Good wine list and excellent cured meats (something rare these days. It seems obvious, but it isn't). Unfortunately, I have to give it a slightly lower rating because I was served the appetizer after the main course. And the ambiance is a bit too modern for my taste. But that's a matter of taste. Let's say it's somewhere between 3 and 4 stars.

Had Christmas lunch. The food was excellent, but the customer service was top notch. I asked for a different menu, and the waiter was very attentive to my specific requests, consulting me after each course. The owners, who were very kind, visited every table.

Historic restaurant nestled in the greenery of the Soave area. Very large and bright interior rooms allow for a comfortable and pleasant dining experience for both couples and large groups, while the beautiful and spacious exterior seats over 80. Excellent cuisine with top-quality ingredients expertly prepared by Chef Gianluca and Chef Mattia's innovative and delicious creations. Everything is made in-house, from the wonderful bread served warm to the desserts. From the appetizers to the first courses (truffle risotto was simply "out of this world!"), to the main courses and desserts, there's not a single course where I could find fault. A good wine selection. The service is as excellent as the cuisine. Sara is extremely friendly, attentive, and helpful. The bill is reasonable for the quality, quantity, and service. Personally, I was thrilled with the experience and will definitely return...I highly recommend it. P.S. It's best to book, especially on weekends!
