Spectacular truffle dinner, a level decidedly higher than the average of the other starred ones in the area.

Well-deserved 1-star restaurant. A fireworks display for the taste buds. The dishes in reduced portions follow one another, introducing us to unexpected combinations of flavors composed of quality products from a short supply chain. Menu at 100€. At the end of the meal we are full but not heavy.

Fabulous dinner ! Everything was superb : creative and excellent food, I can't name the 'best' of the 7-8 dishes we had. The service is also above standard, and the pace of the meal well orchestrated. We'll be back for more!

Premesso che il primo applauso va al coraggio di chi ha voluto stabilire questo ristorante lungo la statale della Val Roya e ha saputo non solo farne un gioiello ma anche riempirlo un qualunque martedì di luglio, credo di poter dire che la scuola di Colagreco si nota, ma l’allievo non fa sentire la mancanza del maestro. Cena superlativa rapporto qualità prezzo davvero ottimo non descrivo i piatti perché vanno gustati e vissuti più che letti…..avrei però una curiosità premesso che l’attenzione alle mie allergie è stata assoluta mi chiedevo se non sarebbe possibile prevedere un piatto sostitutivo per chi soffre di allergie e intolleranze conoscendole alla prenotazione. È stata una serata perfetta! Grazie!

They should have more stars. Beautiful dishes with a strong twist of sea animals. Decorated with flowers and local herbs. Excellent service in a small cozy room. Excellent sommelier who both knew his stuff and was very welcoming. J

Lunch was a wonderful experience. The ingredients are excellent and come from the surrounding areas, the dishes are the result of great research and offer unusual but delicious combinations. The dining room staff is very kind, knowledgeable and polite. The restaurant offers two tasting menus: one for 100 euros, one for 125 euros (this includes a second course of land), drinks excluded. It was a fantastic discovery and I recommend living this experience at least once. Very good indeed!

Toujours au top. l'accueil le service et la cuisine sont toujours au top. Le Chef fait en sorte que les clients régulier ne mangent jamais la même chose. toujours un bonheur de passer un moment chaleureux dans cet établissement.

A classy but discreet place, where you can converse peacefully and where you are welcomed with courtesy and passion. Excellent menu, all absolutely based on the territory and presented with great imagination and attention to detail, a real treat for the taste buds! Freshly baked bread, staff present but not intrusive. Great value wine list. Overall, highly recommended!

One word: extraordinary! The welcome and the service are as good as the menu, a very original cuisine, rich in flavors, the presentation is extremely well cared for and in beautiful dishes. The cuisine is very fine, the tastes awaken the senses, a great discovery. Thank you for this fabulous moment!
