Pleasantly surprised by this little starry table, where you don't expect it! Congratulations to the talented chef and his team, worthy of having been able to create, within an elegant, intimate and convivial atmosphere, a selection of original and unusual dishes, served with class and refinement, respecting ancient flavors and traditions of the place.

We are always very pleasantly surprised by this very fine cuisine.

Very nice discovery. Small downside on the dessert which in my opinion was not refined enough. However, the “manzo e mazzancolle” tartare and the Japanese omelette… incredible discovery. Thank you and we will come back

Prima volta in questo ristorante nell’entroterra, esperienza unica, abbiamo optato per il menù mare,orto e terra che comprendeva anche il piccione con fichi melanzane e sardine, 15 portate caratterizzate da accostamenti inattesi che coniugano i sapori dei prodotti della zona con i gusti del mare. Particolare menzione all’ostrica, riso e alghe… eccezionale. Di livello anche la proposta della cantina, sicuramente torneremo…

Absolutely amazing place! Wonderful food, great service, beautiful wine pairing! Very unusual location, but totally worth driving! All the dishes and presentations were so special! They said they change the menu almost every month, so I'll be glad to be back!

We had dinner at Casa Buono some time ago and were thrilled with it. The restaurant only offers the possibility of opting for the Tasting Menu, which in my opinion is very right when choosing a dinner of this level. The menu was a discovery dish after dish, with courses that take inspiration from local ingredients and flavors but which are then brought to the next level thanks to the chef's excellent preparations. Very young service, perhaps a little "noisy" at times (but when you eat so well you're happy to turn a blind eye). The restaurant inside is very nice, the outside is not exactly of the same standard. It's worth the trip to Trucco, if you're in the area go there and you won't regret it. Well done!

We ate there a year ago and we still dream about this place. It was perfection at every level.

Premesso che il primo applauso va al coraggio di chi ha voluto stabilire questo ristorante lungo la statale della Val Roya e ha saputo non solo farne un gioiello ma anche riempirlo un qualunque martedì di luglio, credo di poter dire che la scuola di Colagreco si nota, ma l’allievo non fa sentire la mancanza del maestro. Cena superlativa rapporto qualità prezzo davvero ottimo non descrivo i piatti perché vanno gustati e vissuti più che letti…..avrei però una curiosità premesso che l’attenzione alle mie allergie è stata assoluta mi chiedevo se non sarebbe possibile prevedere un piatto sostitutivo per chi soffre di allergie e intolleranze conoscendole alla prenotazione. È stata una serata perfetta! Grazie!
