A Michelin star...it must not be the same standards as in France, given that the restaurant is on the side of the road, with a parking lot opposite in a vacant lot (with wrecked cars, trucks waiting for work, huge potholes, and lots of dirt and mud).
We went there last week, Christmas week. The welcome was adequate, the staff young and friendly, however, several drawbacks:
- no tablecloths on the tables, surely a new concept, surprising for a Michelin-starred restaurant...
- glasses were cleared by hand from above, I'd never seen that before...
- we asked for wine by the glass (no wine suggestions on the menu, nor prices) and they imposed a local wine on us without offering any other choice...rare for a Michelin-starred restaurant. Finally, the €60 lunch menu, excluding drinks, is more of a tasting menu than a full meal. The chicken fillet weighed maybe 80 to 90 grams, came with three aromatic flower petals and a decent sauce, but not enough!
It's a shame; we left hungry. It felt more like a bistro than a Michelin-starred restaurant. Too bad, we certainly won't be going back.

Promising start, disappointing end
We chose this restaurant to celebrate a very special event. Since we don't often get the opportunity to go out in the evening, we were looking forward to a wonderful evening at this Michelin-starred restaurant.
We arrived first, at 7:30 pm, and were warmly welcomed by the staff. The starters were delicious and everything looked great... until we noticed that the guests who arrived after us were being served before us. Little by little, they "overtook" us in service, even though everyone else was entitled to the same tasting menu.
Around 10 pm, the next table was already enjoying their desserts, while we were still waiting for our main courses. At 10:45 pm, we asked if it was possible to have our desserts to go, but it wasn't possible. We ended up eating them on the spot, in a rush, without being able to fully enjoy them. The end of the evening left a bitter taste: we felt that some guests were considered more important than others. Since we rarely go out, this experience was really disappointing—especially since the evening had started so well.

On the occasion of my birthday we were given a dinner for 2 people in this restaurant, it was a journey through tastes and flavours, one dish better than the other accompanied by a very precise balance, the service very friendly, attentive, helpful and very professional in explaining all the dishes in the smallest details, a compliment to everyone both in the kitchen and in the rooms for this magical experience, I recommend it for anyone who wants to have a culinary experience without a doubt "it is the right place"
