Excellent dinner at Bistro 96, a very cute place, friendly staff attentive to customer needs but above all excellent dishes from the entree to the dessert, a sphere of truly exceptional passion fruit meringue Compliments to the chef!!!

We had dinner on the evening of Easter 2024. An appetizer, a first course and a dessert. Everything delicious. Compliments to the chef. Definitely coming back.

We discover the restaurant browsing the internet. At first when we arrived the place looks very simple, decor is very little. We decided to take the 6 courses tasting menu and wow ! Everything was absolutely delicious, creative, interesting with amazing flavours. Every dishes were amazing. The service was impeccable and we truly had a wonderful experience. We will definitely go back !

An incredible highlight in Bordighera. We came on the recommendation of the hostess with whom we stayed and did not regret it. Very interesting presentation of dishes, just incomprehensible service (you can give 10 points for it) and food. The food itself is not for everybody, which means you understand what Michelin cuisine is. The restaurant does not have any stars yet, but it seems to me that sooner or later the team will receive these stars. It's not just risotto or spaghetti here. There is a riot of flavors here. Simply amazing orange digestive! We wish the establishment wonderful clients and prosperity!
