A wonderful discovery. The staff were very welcoming and pleasant, and each dish was explained with passion.
The cuisine was fantastic, an explosion of flavors from the amuse-bouches through the main course and dessert, right down to the coffee and its accompaniments. Living in France, just an hour's drive away, I will return regularly just for your food.

Another visit in February and still fantastic. A new menu featuring seasonal vegetables, which are simply sublime. I confirm my impression from my first visit in October, summarized below:
A truly wonderful culinary discovery. High-quality dishes prepared with skill and subtle flavor combinations—that, in short, is what you can expect.
All this in an intimate and cozy setting, served with great kindness.
I will return as soon as I am back in Bordighera.

The decor is understated yet tasteful! The cutlery is elegant, original, and varied... a feast for the eyes!
But most importantly, it's the originality and quality of the food itself... subtle flavors, well-considered tastes, and preparation and presentation made with love and passion!
A young couple of culinary creators, the kind you rarely encounter!
You can go without hesitation, but you'd be missing out if you didn't!
