I've been hearing about it for 23 years, and today I tried it. The food is simple but well-prepared, and the service is rustic but enjoyable. "Frasca" is worth a visit, especially to enjoy the view of Cimone.

An experience rarely encountered in life! In a remote mountain village, Frasca and Pina have been delighting and pampering their guests for 35 years, in a family atmosphere reminiscent of Sunday lunches at grandma's house. Superb, authentic food, as tradition dictates, served in a set menu that never ceases to delight from starter to dessert, catapulting the palate into a world of memories. Green tortellini, walnut tortelloni, penne al torchio with prized porcini mushrooms, tender roast beef and mushroom scallops, the ever-present sweet and sour onions, and finally a dessert of a white pudding with berries and Pina's cakes. The entire magic is made possible only by these two special people: Pina in the kitchen and Frasca accompanying the dining room with her stories. A splendid couple in an enchanting place! Reservations are required; on June 1st they opened the restaurant just for us!

Wonderful place with a fixed price of €35, run by an elderly couple. Their service is extremely kind, fast, and discreet, and it's a pleasure to chat with them. The food has that homemade flavor you can't find anywhere else, and the place itself seems to want to tell you a story. I hope to return soon.
