Exceptional! We chose the hot pot, two always boiling broths in which to cook meat, noodles, mushrooms, vegetables etc. There are other dishes on the menu that we have not (yet) tasted. Nadia explained to us what to cook, when and for how long with great patience. He could do it because there were fewer people than usual. It is not an Italian restaurant, it is not vegetarian, there are no waiters in livery and it is in the historic center of Bologna. Don't expect what no one promises you and you will enjoy a stratospheric dinner

It's a good place to try authentic hot pot in Bologna! The staff is friendly and ready to explain and lend a hand for the more difficult operations, while for the easier foods, instructions are given so that customers can cook the food as they wish. The meat is excellent both the thinner and thicker cuts. Highly recommended!

Small but very welcoming place. The owner, as well as all the other girls in the room, very attentive and thoughtful. As they bring things to the table they explain how they should be cooked and for how long, allowing you to have the best experience. There is a huge menu and everyone can choose what to have. You choose a broth (we chose the normal one and the spicy one), you can choose different varieties of vegetables or mushrooms, the pasta you want and different options of meat and fish (some even very particular) and finally you choose a sauce to accompany it all. Everything is very good. I particularly recommend the beef fillet which is very thin and melts in your mouth! Optimal!!

This hot pot is so delicious. Every dish in the hot pot is delicious. The vegetables should not be too fresh. They feel like they were just picked from the ground. The shrimp paste and frog are super tender and fresh. Every dish is made with care. The fried dough sticks are baked in the stove and served in the hot pot. After lightly soaking, they were soft and crispy. I ate 6 pieces😂. The barbecue is also great, and you must order the roasted pig's trotters! The meat is not even bone-like and melts in your mouth. The sour plum soup is better than that in China: it’s not too sweet or too sour, but it can relieve tiredness 💯! to top it off, the lady’s service attitude is very good, and she is not sales-y. She will tell us which meatballs are handmade and which ones are bought in the supermarket, and their environment is very clean! My friends and I came from London and randomly chose a hot pot restaurant without high expectations. Who knew it was so delicious? We went there twice in the three days we were in Bologna. I will definitely go there again next time I come to Bologna!

We tried this hot pot for the first time. What can I say, we were more than satisfied. There were 6 of us and one of the guys from the restaurant guided us step by step in choosing the products and quantities to take, with extraordinary attention and care. In practice, for 6 people, you choose 4 broth bases and ask separately for the dishes to be cooked in them at the moment. The skewers that are eaten separately (let's say while waiting for the broth to be ready), are delicious! **GLUTEN FREE Well marked by stars next to the names of the dishes** Everything was delicious and authentic. The place is simple and very clean. It is not at all the usual oriental restaurant. Highly recommended, excellent quality/quantity/price ratio!
