Truly a head-turning restaurant! The welcome, the perfect taste of the dishes, the freshness of the products (I ate some excellent raw dishes!) and the speed of service make this place one of my favourites! I will happily return here especially because it has an excellent quality/price ratio!
Ps: not to mention the desserts! They are delicious!

Marvelous! Very clean place, courteous and helpful staff, the crudités were spectacular, no trace of "cold storage" flavor or smell, just lots of flavour. The mussels are spectacular and the pasta tortello with apricot cream and pine nuts was incredible.
Update: my wife and I returned a few days later to celebrate our first wedding anniversary, and as usual Kristian delighted us with a selection of impeccable dishes (the fish carbonara was spectacular!). Even the classic scampi cocktail, a dated recipe for most, takes on a new freshness in his hands thanks to some tricks such as the use of passion fruit to garnish highly selected scampi. I didn't want to change the dessert I had last time because it was really TOO good not to be reordered!

In all honesty, going to eat fish in a restaurant in the Abruzzo hinterland is an oddity. I highly recommend trying it instead, you will be fully satisfied. The owner is a fantastic host who is able to take you on a culinary journey full of satisfaction for your palate. Quality raw materials and good wine list.

I recently had the opportunity to dine at an exceptional seafood restaurant, and the experience was truly unforgettable. I started the meal with the house starter: a harmony of marine flavors that delighted the palate. Every bite was an explosion of freshness, accompanied by perfect combinations that enhanced the natural taste of the fish.
The sautéed mussels and clams was a masterpiece of simplicity and taste. The mussels and clams were cooked to perfection, soft and flavorful, with a light but rich broth, perfect for enjoying with a piece of crusty bread. The balance of flavors was masterful, highlighting the quality of the ingredients.
For the main course, I chose spaghetti with clams. The pasta was cooked al dente and surrounded by a simple but extraordinary sauce, where the olive oil and garlic enhanced the delicacy of the clams. Each forkful was a journey into Mediterranean flavours, made even more pleasant by the use of the freshest ingredients.
To conclude, I tasted the tart, a dessert that closed the dinner in a perfect way. The smooth texture and rich flavor made every bite a real treat. This fish restaurant is a must-see for those who love seafood cuisine, offering a culinary experience that remains etched in the memory. I highly recommend visiting for a superior gastronomic experience.

In this restaurant, I find professionalism in the service, high quality food with attention to detail, and a well-stocked cellar. I go there willingly and often.
Cristian and his sister are always attentive to the customer's needs. I travel 100km to go and eat fish from them.

Good lunch at Carmine's with very kind owners and staff. We can definitely return. We took cold and hot appetizers - especially the hot ones were good; fish carbonara - good; grilled fish which didn't particularly convince me, especially because I was expecting natural grilled fish and instead it was all breaded making it a very heavy second course which tasted more of breading and salt than of fish.
Probably after the appetizers we could go straight to dessert. In fact, the portions are generous but some are really salty and this was noticeable both at the moment and especially after lunch given that I have been drinking continuously for hours. The place is discreet but you can see that it is a bit tidy up, however I finally found some more than decent bathrooms, a very strange thing in our Italy full of toilets.
