Ristorante Camelot In Catania

We went with friends to eat at Camelot, it was really excellent, I had the horse and pistachio meatballs and my husband had the pistachio rolls... everything was delicious and the staff were very kind.. I recommend it to everyone!!

I went to this place for a business dinner and had a good time. The place is very large and has a history, also enjoying a somewhat monumental and beautiful entrance. Inside the style remains a bit retro, although everything is very clean. We ate well, receiving fried food to share and a barbecue each. The dishes were all good, on average for a Catania meat restaurant. The final bill was consistent with the choices, spending around €25 each, including a bottle of wine.

The Carmelot is very particular with the walls inside made of lava stone from Etna. We had lunch for two with a plate of various appetizers (baked courgettes, sweet and sour pumpkin, roasted peppers, baked potatoes, sautéed mushrooms, stuffed mushrooms , omelette, tasty etc. I didn't put everything there was! really dishes for every taste and everything plentiful). Then a plate of roast horse (large slice, meatball and whole horse sausage accompanied with a salad and a crouton of bread with tomato) And a plate of triptych of meatballs (horse, veal and one with pistachio) with a small plate of fried potatoes with abundant skin and very good (not greasy), the fresh and good sandwiches A bottle of red wine and Lete water. immerso nella zona storica di Catania, di fronte al Castello Ursino, questo locale propone e rispetta la cucina tipica delle trattorie catanesi! il cibo è buono, il locale piacevole, il personale cortese! Suggerisco che vale davvero la pena venire in questo locale, noi abbiamo sicuramente trascorso una piacevole serata e torneremo volentieri!
