We ate here during a trip to Bormio. We had the sciatt on a salad with a French and balsamic dressing. Spectacular is an understatement! Then came the polenta with porcini mushrooms and cheese, and bresaola with buffalo mozzarella. Very good, but the sciatt appetizer beats them all.
Adequate value for money.
Service was so-so: I think it took 20 minutes for them to come and take our orders.

My husband, Max, and I started with a wonderful aperitif, and having such a great time, we decided to stay for lunch. We couldn't have made a better choice: a sciatt appetizer (the best I've ever had) with a platter of cured meats and cheeses, followed by a pizza made with a special dough, mushrooms, burrata, bacon, and a truly exceptional raspberry reduction. My husband chose the pizzoccheri, which were also delicious. All accompanied by an excellent wine and the kindness of Monica, the owner, and Jacopo, who served us. The prices were even too fair considering those in the bars around here.

Since it was a rainy day, we strolled around Bormio and stopped for a quick lunch at this restaurant. The waiters were professional, and the interior was characteristic of the place. We ordered two very good salads. Recommended.

It's by far the best restaurant overall and for the price-quality ratio in Bormio. The food is highly refined, despite the price being average compared to other restaurants that offer significantly lower quality. The location is spectacular, and the service is always attentive.
In addition to the dishes you order, they always serve delicious entrees included in the price. Finally, the desserts are always incredible. A must-try experience in Bormio.

On our way back from vacation, we stopped for the night in Bormio.
We had initially reserved a table at the restaurant of the hotel where we were staying, but when we arrived at the appointed time, we were informed that the dog was not allowed in the restaurant.
I immediately contacted the Kuerc Restaurant, where we had just had an aperitif, and explained the situation. They found us a table for dinner, without making us wait and with a friendliness that exceeded our expectations! Quick and friendly service, tasty and carefully prepared dishes, and gorgeous decor!
They even brought us a bowl for the dog, a gesture sometimes taken for granted, but always very much appreciated.

Abbiamo mangiato nei tavoli all'esterno con vista stupenda.
Il locale è molto carino e pulito.
Il Personale gentilissimo, il cameriere Tommaso davvero super,professionale e molto sorridente.
Abbiamo mangiato Sciatt, pizzoccheri, gnocchi al taleggio funghi mirtilli e carbone vegetale.
Dolce al gelato plasmon (vecchi ricordi) buonissimo.
Un calice di sfursat (buonissimo) acqua e caffè corretto.
Abbiamo speso 66 euro.
La signora gentilissima ci ha offerto dei loro amari ottimi.
Prezzi buoni.
In generale posto super,cibi ottimi, e personale gentilissimo.
Ritorneremo sicuramente e lo consiglio fortemente.

Siamo stati fuori stagione, piatti veramente buoni e prezzi onesti. Il dolce ci ha colpito molto, una rivisitazione del tiramisù inaspettata e molto buona! Conviene prenotare soprattutto se fuori stagione e se si arriva un po’ tardi.
