Was very good! Above all, the location and the staff are convincing. But I wasn't really happy with the tartare (starter). But the rest was delicious!

I was invited to lunch by friends. I found the welcome delightful: friendly and never intrusive. The staff was able to advise my daughter, who has celiac disease, who enjoyed an excellent lunch. The dishes were superb and tastefully presented. The chef knows how to dare with non-trivial combinations without forcing tastes. Excellent experience, to be repeated.

Excellent service and choice of local dishes and chef's proposals. Friendly and pleasant service and staff. We will be back!

Good evening, we went for dinner on Sunday evening, my partner and I and our dog were welcome, nice place in the centre, very kind, friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and nice staff. The food was very good, the service was right as the dishes were prepared with care, quality and at the moment. Honest price, good value for money, to be recommended.

In una Bormio un po’ fuori stagione abbiamo avuto la fortuna di pranzare e cenare due volte in questo ristorante sito proprio nella piazza centrale di Bormio. Menù ben equilibrato tra piatti della tradizione e tocchi di modernità. Sia a pranzo che a cena si possono gustare gli stessi piatti. Ottimi i tortelloni ma anche i pizzoccheri leggermente rivisitati. Dolci fantastici. Personale di sala cordiale e gentilissimo, ti fa sentire a tuo agio. Un saluto particolare agli Chef Giada e Andre che ci hanno viziato con la loro cucina .

We came in for lunch without a reservation on a Saturday in early May, it was a pleasant discovery, we were greeted kindly and immediately seated, attentive and professional service. Excellent cured meats, super pizzoccheri, wines, very particular desserts with a risky combination of flavors that succeeded very well. We liked it so much that we went back for dinner too. Advised!

We are not. I'll start by saying that I work much, much more on the staff. Even though the food was average, the service made the experience mediocre so much so that I didn't leave anything I ate inside. Reservation from 7.15/7.30pm table to be released at 9pm. We arrive at 7.10pm, we go up and take a seat. Entrees served at 7.50pm (small room, 4 waiters). The same was described to each diner in a different way. Waiters unable to open or serve a wine, the same one spilled on the tablecloth... 10 tables and they were wrong, but "it fits". The cheeses in the tasting were also described with hesitation because they did not remember which ones they featured. I also noticed that they served different cheeses to each diner, justifying themselves "they choose (the kitchen)" and then once they had eaten them "they had finished them". Sincerity would have been better right away. First course served at 8.30pm, second course at 8.50pm. I was just waiting to be told about having to leave the table at 9pm. The owner was still nice, but I advise her that in a central place like that, she should beat the staff more because the place has enormous potential. Let's not underestimate the people who come to dine perhaps in tracksuits and sweatshirts, because they are the ones who work hard and come to have fun and eat good food... And I'm speaking as a former restaurateur, of course, with multiple places underneath.
